  • The state Multi Factor Authentication Standard, SIMM 5360 C, sorts identities into two groups: state enterprise identity, for the employees, contractors and partners an agency manages, and public member identity, for the people it serves but does not manage. That split lines up with Okta Workforce Identity and Okta Customer Identity.

  • County offices of education also host shared systems. The Ventura County Office of Education, for example, provides hosting and support for a financial, HR and payroll system and for student information systems.

Statewide systems are listed to describe what they are and who uses them. A listing does not mean an agency uses Okta or StitchOps. Their identity documentation is not published.

SCIM status comes from each vendor's public documentation. Not published means we found no public source, so ask the vendor before you count on it. Data tags such as CJIS or FERPA describe the data an app handles, not a certification StitchOps holds.

Product names are trademarks of their respective owners. StitchOps is not affiliated with or endorsed by them.

Account planning

Build an account app list.

Bring a public sector prospect to a free workflow audit. We go through their app list with you and mark which apps Okta covers, which have no SCIM, and where StitchOps fits.

Don't see yours?

If it has a login, we can run it. Tell us which system and we will reply with how.

Start with the apps your identity provider can't reach.

Fifteen minutes on your app list. We tell you which apps Okta covers, which it doesn't, and which one to hand off first.
