StitchOps

Auto dealerships

Every dealer portal and DMS, run without a person.

StitchOps logs in to your DMS, CRM, lender and OEM portals the way your staff would. It does the task and keeps a record of every step, even in the systems nothing else can connect to.

StitchOps works with close to 150 dealers, including stores selling Chevrolet, Chrysler, Dodge, Ford, Jeep, Kia, Lincoln, Mitsubishi and Ram.

In the Southeast, StitchOps is delivered and supported locally by Briskco.

What teams here run first.

A salesperson is let go on Friday and can still log in to RouteOne on Monday. A new hire waits a week while the office manager sets up logins in eleven portals. The controller pulls OEM reports by hand every month.

New hires, set up the same day

When HR adds someone, StitchOps gives them their logins in the DMS, the CRM, and every OEM and lender portal they need.

Access removed the moment someone leaves

When someone is let go, StitchOps takes away their logins everywhere, including RouteOne, Dealertrack, the DMS and the CRM.

Monthly check of who can log in where

Pulls the user list from every system at every rooftop, compares it to who actually works here, and flags anyone who should not have access.

Stop paying for seats nobody uses

Counts the paid seats in each system and shows who uses them, so you stop paying for people who left.

OEM and lender reports, pulled for you

Downloads OEM, lender and DMS reports on a schedule and puts them where your controller expects them.

225 systems

Every system in your dealership.

From the DMS to the OEM portal to payroll. If your staff logs in to it, StitchOps can do the work in it.

How it works

One secure computer. Every rooftop.

A secure computer inside your network logs in to DealerCONNECT, Dealertrack, CDK and the rest, using logins kept in your password vault. It does each task the way your office manager would and writes down every step.

Every task, on the record.

Each task saves what was done, when, and the result. It is ready when an auditor, an OEM or your insurance carrier asks.

Why controllers, office managers, and IT trust it.

Your passwords stay yours

Logins are kept in your password vault or ours. The AI never sees them.

Runs inside your network

A secure computer at your dealership or in your cloud does the work. Screens never leave it.

Uses a direct connection when there is one

When a system offers a direct connection for other software, StitchOps uses it. When it does not, StitchOps logs in like a person and still gets the job done.

What some vendors charge for automatic setup

Some software lets your login system add and remove people automatically only on its most expensive plan. See what that costs your group, or check the price by app.

Common questions.

Can StitchOps remove a salesperson from RouteOne and the DMS the day they leave?

Yes. When HR or your identity system marks someone as gone, StitchOps removes their logins in the systems you choose, such as RouteOne, Dealertrack, the DMS and the CRM. It works anywhere a person can log in and remove a user, and every removal is recorded.

Do you need our DMS and portal passwords?

StitchOps uses logins kept in your password vault, such as 1Password or Keeper, or in the StitchOps vault. They are used only on a secure computer inside your network, and the AI never sees them.

What if a system has no way for other software to connect to it?

That is true of many dealer portals, and it is what StitchOps is built for. It logs in the way a person would, does the task, and keeps a record of every step. When a system does offer a direct connection, StitchOps uses that instead.

Does it work across every rooftop in our dealer group?

Yes. One secure computer can serve every rooftop. The monthly access check compares the users in every system at every store against who actually works there, and flags the ones who should not have access.

Can our staff ask Claude, ChatGPT or Copilot to run a task?

Yes. Tasks you approve can be run from Claude, ChatGPT or Copilot. Anything that removes access or deletes something asks for confirmation first.

What record does StitchOps keep?

Every task saves what was done, when, and the result. It is ready to hand to an auditor, an OEM or your insurance carrier.

For your IT team
Where it runs
An agent runs an unattended desktop session on a dedicated worker VM in your environment, on Windows or macOS. It connects outbound only over TLS 1.2 or later. No inbound ports are opened.
Credentials
Credentials stay in your vault (1Password or Keeper) or in the StitchOps vault, encrypted with AWS KMS and resolved on the worker at run time. Models never see the values.
Identity systems
Changes in Okta, Entra ID or Active Directory can start a task. StitchOps carries them into dealer systems that have no SCIM or API. JumpCloud is supported through our joint program. StitchOps is listed in the Okta Integration Network.
APIs where they exist
Where a system offers an API, such as Authenticom DealerVault or Fortellis, StitchOps uses it. Everything else runs through browser or desktop automation, anywhere a person can log in and act.
Logs and telemetry
Every run keeps step level logs with status, timing and redacted results. Telemetry is content free: no field values, no personal data, no screenshots.
Security reviews
SOC 2 Type 2 audit completed. ISO 27001 certified. Penetration tested by a third party. The security packet is shared under NDA.
AI assistants
Approved tasks are available as MCP tools to Claude, ChatGPT and Copilot. Destructive actions need explicit confirmation.
