Compliance monitoring and evidence

Evidence, collected on a schedule.

Most compliance controls come down to a person logging into a system, pulling a report, checking it against last time, and saving a copy somewhere an auditor can find. It gets done late, or it gets done by hand the week before the audit.

What the rest of the stack cannot reach.

StitchOps runs those checks as scheduled workflows on a worker VM in your environment. Each run pulls the report, compares it with the previous snapshot in a data table, files the evidence, and records what it did step by step. Changes surface as alerts instead of surprises.

Any system with a login

Regulator sites, vendor consoles, admin portals, and on-prem tools, through the browser or desktop, without waiting for an API.

Snapshot and compare

Store each run's results in a data table and diff against the last one, so a change in a setting or a listing raises a flag.

File it where the auditor looks

Save the report, the screenshot-free run log, and the comparison to the folder or system your audit program already uses.

Step-level record

Every run records status, timing, and redacted inputs and outputs. The control ran, and here is what it found.

How it works with your stack.

Step 1

List the manual controls

The checks that are still a calendar reminder and a person with a login.

Step 2

Scope a proof of value

Systems, cadence, evidence format, and who gets the alert, agreed in the workflow audit.

Step 3

Deploy

The agent on a worker VM, outbound TLS only. Credentials into the vault.

Step 4

Let the schedule run

The discovery session becomes a saved workflow. Add the next control as a sub-workflow.

How it runs

Described once. Replayed every time.

Tell Stitch the task, review the typed steps, and save it. The agent runs it on a worker VM in your environment with a vaulted credential, and logs every step.

What you can finally automate.

Pull an access report from an admin console weekly and diff it against the last run

Check a public registry or regulator listing for changes and alert on any difference

Confirm a security setting is still enforced in a vendor console and record the result

Verify access was actually removed after offboarding and capture the evidence

Collect the monthly report from a portal and file it to the audit folder

Governance

Ask for it in plain language.

Claude, ChatGPT or Copilot can run these from your existing assistant. The model picks from typed tools; the agent owns the credentials and stops for confirmation on anything destructive.
