StitchOps Partner Code of Conduct
Version 1.0 · Effective November 3, 2026
Every StitchOps partner agrees to this Code of Conduct as part of its Partner Agreement.
Act with integrity
Represent StitchOps accurately. Make no promise about features, roadmap, security certifications or compatibility beyond what StitchOps publishes or confirms in writing.
Compete fairly
No deceptive or misleading sales practices. No disparaging competitors with unsupported claims. No "the best" or "the only" claims without third party proof.
No bribery or improper payments
Never offer, pay or accept anything of value to improperly win or keep business, including from or to government officials.
Gifts and entertainment
Keep them modest, infrequent, lawful and never tied to a pending decision. Follow your customer's own gift rules.
Conflicts of interest
Disclose to StitchOps any relationship that could affect your judgment on a StitchOps deal.
Protect customer trust
Access customer systems only with written authorization, through named accounts, with least privilege and multifactor authentication. Keep customer credentials only in the customer's vault. Report any security incident to security@stitchops.io within 24 hours.
Respect privacy
Handle personal data only as your customer authorizes and as the law requires. Do not put customer data into AI tools your customer has not approved.
Follow trade rules
Comply with export controls and sanctions. Never sell to or deliver for sanctioned countries or restricted parties.
Respect intellectual property
Use StitchOps brand assets only as our guidelines allow. Do not copy, reverse engineer or misuse StitchOps software or confidential information.
Speak up
Report concerns about this Code to legal@stitchops.io. StitchOps does not tolerate retaliation against anyone who raises a concern in good faith.
Breaches and updates
Breaching this Code may lead to suspension or termination of your partnership.
StitchOps may update this Code by giving partners 60 days notice.
