Common questions.
Does Brivo support SCIM?
Brivo does not publish it. Ask the vendor which plan includes SCIM provisioning before you rely on it.
Can Brivo accounts be automated without upgrading?
Yes. StitchOps creates, changes and removes Brivo accounts on the plan you already have, triggered by the events your identity provider already sends. It uses an API when one exists and works anywhere a person can log in and act when one does not.
Is Brivo in the Okta Integration Network?
Yes. As of October 24, 2026, the OIN lists Brivo Identity Connector and Brivo Identity Connector (EU) with SWA sign in and provisioning to create, update and deactivate users. The listing also offers Group Push and Group Linking.
Can Okta deprovision Brivo users?
Yes, if your Brivo plan includes the provisioning the OIN connector needs. If it doesn't, StitchOps removes Brivo accounts the day someone leaves and saves evidence of each removal.
How do you rotate Brivo passwords when someone leaves?
StitchOps logs in to Brivo, sets a new password, confirms it took effect, and updates 1Password, Keeper or the StitchOps vault in the same run.
