SCIM and API tax
What Mattermost charges to automate accounts.
Mattermost supports SCIM provisioning only partly, and only on Professional (AD/LDAP sync); full SCIM on Enterprise, at $10 per user a month. That is 1 times the price of the plan most teams buy (Professional, $10 per user a month).
SSO sits on a cheaper plan than SCIM (about $8.5 per user a month), so if you need SSO, only the difference between those two plans is avoidable.
Pricing notes
Professional includes AD/LDAP sync + SAML SSO. Full SCIM provisioning typically gated to Enterprise (Contact Sales).

Common questions.
Does Mattermost support SCIM?
Partly. Mattermost offers limited SCIM support on Professional (AD/LDAP sync); full SCIM on Enterprise; check that it covers the attributes and actions you need.
Which Mattermost plan includes SCIM?
Professional (AD/LDAP sync); full SCIM on Enterprise, at $10 per user a month, against Professional, $10 per user a month for the plan most teams buy.
Can Mattermost accounts be automated without upgrading?
Yes. StitchOps creates, changes and removes Mattermost accounts on the plan you already have, triggered by the events your identity provider already sends. It uses an API when one exists and works anywhere a person can log in and act when one does not.
Is Mattermost in the Okta Integration Network?
No. As of October 10, 2026, the OIN has no listing for Mattermost. Okta can sign users in only through a custom app if Mattermost supports SAML or OIDC, and has no connector to manage Mattermost accounts.
Can Okta deprovision Mattermost users?
Not through an OIN connector. StitchOps removes Mattermost accounts the day someone leaves, anywhere a person can log in and act, and saves evidence of each removal.
How do you rotate Mattermost passwords when someone leaves?
StitchOps logs in to Mattermost, sets a new password, confirms it took effect, and updates 1Password, Keeper or the StitchOps vault in the same run.
