SCIM and API tax
What NetSuite charges to automate accounts.
NetSuite does not offer SCIM provisioning on any plan. There is no SCIM tax to pay, and no plan that lets your identity provider create, change and remove NetSuite accounts through SCIM.
Pricing notes
Status changed from 'gated' to 'none'. NetSuite has no native SCIM endpoint; provisioning only via proprietary API or third party connectors (Okta, Aquera, Ping). All pricing Contact Sales.

Common questions.
Does NetSuite support SCIM?
No. NetSuite does not offer SCIM provisioning on any plan, so accounts are created and removed by hand, by file import, or by a tool that works in NetSuite the way an admin would.
Can NetSuite accounts be automated without upgrading?
Yes. StitchOps creates, changes and removes NetSuite accounts on the plan you already have, triggered by the events your identity provider already sends. It uses an API when one exists and works anywhere a person can log in and act when one does not.
Is NetSuite in the Okta Integration Network?
Yes. As of October 10, 2026, the OIN lists NetSuite with SAML, SWA sign in and provisioning to create, update and deactivate users.
Can Okta deprovision NetSuite users?
Yes. The OIN connector deactivates NetSuite accounts when a user is removed in Okta.
