Personio does not offer SCIM provisioning on any plan. There is no SCIM tax to pay, and no plan that lets your identity provider create, change and remove Personio accounts through SCIM.
Pricing notes
No public price list; estimates from Vendr/ITQlick put Essential about $5 to 7, Professional about $8 to 10, Enterprise about $12 to 15/emp a month. Personio acts as HR source of truth pushing to IdP, but does not accept SCIM provisioning inbound.

Does Personio support SCIM?
No. Personio does not offer SCIM provisioning on any plan, so accounts are created and removed by hand, by file import, or by a tool that works in Personio the way an admin would.
Can Personio accounts be automated without upgrading?
