SCIM and API tax
What Segment charges to automate accounts.
Segment includes SCIM provisioning only on Business + SSO Edition add-on. That plan is sold by quote, so the price jump is not published.
Pricing notes
SCIM gated to Business tier and requires separate SSO Edition add on. Twilio Console SCIM still in beta. Pricing by MTU volume, not per user.

Common questions.
Does Segment support SCIM?
Yes, but only on Business + SSO Edition add-on, sold by quote. On the plan most teams buy, SCIM is not available.
Which Segment plan includes SCIM?
Business + SSO Edition add-on. It is sold by quote.
Can Segment accounts be automated without upgrading?
Yes. StitchOps creates, changes and removes Segment accounts on the plan you already have, triggered by the events your identity provider already sends. It uses an API when one exists and works anywhere a person can log in and act when one does not.
Is Segment in the Okta Integration Network?
Yes. As of October 10, 2026, the OIN lists Segment with SAML, SWA sign in and provisioning to create, update and deactivate users.
Can Okta deprovision Segment users?
Yes. The OIN connector deactivates Segment accounts when a user is removed in Okta.
