SCIM and API tax

What SendGrid charges to automate accounts.

SendGrid includes SCIM provisioning only on Premier (via Twilio Organizations API, private beta). That plan is sold by quote, so the price jump is not published.

SSO sits on the same plan as SCIM or above it. If you need SSO anyway, that upgrade is not avoidable, and the calculator counts it that way.

Pricing notes

SCIM in private beta via Twilio Organizations API. Requires Premier tier engagement with account executive. JIT provisioning is the only standard option today (read only Restricted Access by default).

Common questions.

Does SendGrid support SCIM?

Yes, but only on Premier (via Twilio Organizations API, private beta), sold by quote. On the plan most teams buy, SCIM is not available.

Which SendGrid plan includes SCIM?

Premier (via Twilio Organizations API, private beta). It is sold by quote.

Can SendGrid accounts be automated without upgrading?

Yes. StitchOps creates, changes and removes SendGrid accounts on the plan you already have, triggered by the events your identity provider already sends. It uses an API when one exists and works anywhere a person can log in and act when one does not.

Is SendGrid in the Okta Integration Network?

Yes. As of October 10, 2026, the OIN lists SendGrid with SAML, SWA sign in and no provisioning.

Can Okta deprovision SendGrid users?

Not through an OIN connector. StitchOps removes SendGrid accounts the day someone leaves, anywhere a person can log in and act, and saves evidence of each removal.
