SCIM and API tax
What Smartsheet charges to automate accounts.
Smartsheet includes SCIM provisioning only on Enterprise, at $40 per user a month. The plan most teams buy is Pro, $9 per user a month.
SSO sits on the same plan as SCIM or above it. If you need SSO anyway, that upgrade is not avoidable, and the calculator counts it that way.
Pricing notes
Pro at $9 per user a month, Business at $32 per user a month. SCIM only on Enterprise (about $30 to 50 per user a month based on third party data). SCIM permanently deletes users on deprovisioning - no soft delete option.

Common questions.
Does Smartsheet support SCIM?
Yes, but only on Enterprise, at $40 per user a month. On the plan most teams buy, SCIM is not available.
Which Smartsheet plan includes SCIM?
Enterprise, at $40 per user a month, against Pro, $9 per user a month for the plan most teams buy.
Can Smartsheet accounts be automated without upgrading?
Yes. StitchOps creates, changes and removes Smartsheet accounts on the plan you already have, triggered by the events your identity provider already sends. It uses an API when one exists and works anywhere a person can log in and act when one does not.
Is Smartsheet in the Okta Integration Network?
Yes. As of October 10, 2026, the OIN lists Smartsheet and Smartsheet v2 and Smartsheet SCIM with SAML, SWA sign in and provisioning to create, update and deactivate users.
Can Okta deprovision Smartsheet users?
Yes. The OIN connector deactivates Smartsheet accounts when a user is removed in Okta.
