SCIM and API tax
What TestRail Cloud charges to automate accounts.
TestRail Cloud includes SCIM provisioning only on Enterprise, at $74 per user a month. That is 2 times the price of the plan most teams buy (Professional, $37 per user a month). For 100 users, the SCIM tax comes to about $44,400 a year.
SSO sits on a cheaper plan than SCIM (about $69 per user a month), so if you need SSO, only the difference between those two plans is avoidable.
Pricing notes
SAML SSO and SCIM provisioning are gated to Cloud Enterprise ($74 per user a month, annual only). Exactly 2x Professional.

Which TestRail Cloud plan includes SCIM?
Enterprise, at $74 per user a month, against Professional, $37 per user a month for the plan most teams buy. At 100 users the difference is about $44,400 a year.
Can TestRail Cloud accounts be automated without upgrading?

How do you rotate TestRail Cloud passwords when someone leaves?
StitchOps logs in to TestRail Cloud, sets a new password, confirms it took effect, and updates 1Password, Keeper or the StitchOps vault in the same run.
