SCIM and API tax
What Xero charges to automate accounts.
Xero does not offer SCIM provisioning on any plan. There is no SCIM tax to pay, and no plan that lets your identity provider create, change and remove Xero accounts through SCIM.
Pricing notes
No native SSO or SCIM on any plan in 2026. All plans include unlimited users. Customers continue to ask publicly for Entra/SCIM support. Third party SSO proxies (miniOrange) are the only path.

Does Xero support SCIM?
No. Xero does not offer SCIM provisioning on any plan, so accounts are created and removed by hand, by file import, or by a tool that works in Xero the way an admin would.
Can Xero accounts be automated without upgrading?
Yes. StitchOps creates, changes and removes Xero accounts on the plan you already have, triggered by the events your identity provider already sends. It uses an API when one exists and works anywhere a person can log in and act when one does not.
Is Xero in the Okta Integration Network?
Yes. As of October 10, 2026, the OIN lists Xero with SWA sign in and no provisioning.
