Subprocessors

Version 1.0 · Effective October 1, 2026

About this list

StitchOps, Inc. ("StitchOps") uses the subprocessors below to provide the Service. A subprocessor is a third party that processes Customer Personal Data on StitchOps' behalf, as described in Section 7 of the StitchOps Data Processing Addendum at https://www.stitchops.io/legal/dpa (the "DPA"). Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings given in the DPA and the StitchOps Master Subscription Agreement at https://www.stitchops.io/legal/msa.

Personal Data that workflows handle stays with the Digital Worker on Customer's own Execution Infrastructure, so it does not reach these subprocessors unless the entry says so. When Customer uses its own AI model, that provider works under Customer's own agreement and is not a StitchOps subprocessor.

Each subprocessor is bound by written data protection terms at least as protective as the DPA, and StitchOps remains responsible for its performance.

Changes and notices

StitchOps gives at least 30 days notice before a new subprocessor begins processing Personal Data. To receive notices, subscribe at https://www.stitchops.io/legal. Customer may object to a new subprocessor on reasonable data protection grounds by writing to privacy@stitchops.io within the notice period, as described in Section 7.4 of the DPA.
