Who can still pull credit at your stores?

StitchOps removes access to RouteOne, Dealertrack, 700Credit and your F&I menus the moment someone leaves, at every rooftop. It sets up new F&I managers the day they start and checks every month who can still submit deals and pull credit.

F&I logins reach your customers' most private information.

Credit applications hold Social Security numbers, income and bank details. A salesperson or F&I manager who leaves can often still log in to the credit and eContracting portals at every store where they worked. Nobody notices until something goes wrong.

The manual way leaves gaps.

The office manager removes people from RouteOne, Dealertrack and the credit bureau portals one at a time, when they remember. F&I staff move between rooftops, so their logins spread across stores. A monthly check of who can pull credit rarely happens.

What StitchOps does across F&I.

When HR adds a new F&I manager, StitchOps sets them up in the credit, eContracting and menu systems they need. When someone leaves, it removes them everywhere, the same day. Each month it pulls every user list, compares it to who works at each store, and flags anyone who should not be able to pull credit.

Every F&I, credit and eContracting system we support.

If yours is not here and it has a login, we can still run it.

Common questions.

Can StitchOps remove a former salesperson from RouteOne and Dealertrack at the same time?

Yes. When HR or your identity system marks someone as gone, StitchOps removes their logins in RouteOne, Dealertrack, 700Credit and the other systems you choose, at every rooftop. Each removal is recorded.

Can it show us everyone who can pull credit across the group?

Yes. The monthly access check pulls the user list from each credit and eContracting system at each store and compares it to who actually works there.

Does it work with our F&I menu and protection product portals too?

Yes, anywhere a person can log in and manage users. That includes F&I menus and the dealer portals of the companies whose protection products you sell.

Do you need our admin passwords?

StitchOps uses logins kept in your password vault, such as 1Password or Keeper, or in the StitchOps vault. They are used only on a secure computer inside your network, and the AI never sees them.

For your IT team
Where it runs
An agent runs an unattended desktop session on a dedicated worker VM in your environment, on Windows or macOS. It connects outbound only over TLS 1.2 or later. No inbound ports are opened.
Credentials
Credentials stay in your vault (1Password or Keeper) or in the StitchOps vault, encrypted with AWS KMS and resolved on the worker at run time. Models never see the values.
Identity systems
Changes in Okta, Entra ID or Active Directory can start a task. StitchOps carries them into dealer systems that have no SCIM or API. JumpCloud is supported through our joint program. StitchOps is listed in the Okta Integration Network.
APIs where they exist
Where a system offers an API, such as Authenticom DealerVault or Fortellis, StitchOps uses it. Everything else runs through browser or desktop automation, anywhere a person can log in and act.
Logs and telemetry
Every run keeps step level logs with status, timing and redacted results. Telemetry is content free: no field values, no personal data, no screenshots.
Security reviews
SOC 2 Type 2 audit completed. ISO 27001 certified. Penetration tested by a third party. The security packet is shared under NDA.
AI assistants
Approved tasks are available as MCP tools to Claude, ChatGPT and Copilot. Destructive actions need explicit confirmation.
