RouteOne user access, handled automatically.

StitchOps gives new F&I managers and salespeople their RouteOne logins the day they start, and removes them at every rooftop the moment they leave. It also checks every month who can still log in to RouteOne at each store, and keeps a record of every change.

What's hard about RouteOne today.

When someone in sales or F&I leaves, somebody has to remember to remove them from RouteOne at every store where they had a login. It tends to happen late, or not at all, because the office manager is also handling the DMS, the CRM and payroll that week. Until it is done, a former employee can still reach deals and credit applications that hold your customers' personal information.

What StitchOps does in RouteOne.

Access removed the day they leave

When HR or your identity system marks someone as gone, StitchOps removes their RouteOne login at every rooftop, along with the DMS and the CRM.

New hires ready to submit deals

A new F&I manager gets a RouteOne login at the stores they work at, the same day HR adds them, so the first deal is not held up waiting on access.

Role changes that follow the person

When a salesperson moves into F&I, or moves to another rooftop, StitchOps updates what they can reach in RouteOne to match the new job.

Monthly check of who can log in

StitchOps pulls the RouteOne user list at each store, compares it to who actually works there, and flags anyone who should not have access.

A record of every change

Every login added or removed is saved with what was done, when, and the result, ready for an auditor or a lender who asks.

Common questions.

Can I remove a user from RouteOne automatically when they leave?

Yes. When HR or your identity system marks someone as gone, StitchOps logs in to RouteOne the way your admin would and removes them at every store you choose. Each removal is recorded.

Do you need our RouteOne password?

StitchOps uses the RouteOne admin login kept in your password vault, such as 1Password or Keeper, or in the StitchOps vault. It is used only on a secure computer inside your network, and the AI never sees it.

Does this work across all our rooftops?

Yes. One setup covers every store in your dealer group. The monthly check looks at RouteOne users at each rooftop and compares them to who works there.

Can it check RouteOne access along with our other systems?

Yes. The same monthly check can cover Dealertrack, 700Credit, the DMS, the CRM and your OEM portals, so you see every login a person still has in one place.

How long does setup take?

Most dealer groups start with a free fifteen minute workflow audit. We map how you handle RouteOne users today, set up the first rooftop, then roll the same task out to every store in your group.

Does RouteOne support SCIM?

RouteOne does not publish it. Ask the vendor which plan includes SCIM provisioning before you rely on it.

Can RouteOne accounts be automated without upgrading?

Yes. StitchOps creates, changes and removes RouteOne accounts on the plan you already have, triggered by the events your identity provider already sends. It uses an API when one exists and works anywhere a person can log in and act when one does not.

Is RouteOne in the Okta Integration Network?

No. As of October 10, 2026, the OIN has no listing for RouteOne. Okta can sign users in only through a custom app if RouteOne supports SAML or OIDC, and has no connector to manage RouteOne accounts.

Can Okta deprovision RouteOne users?

Not through an OIN connector. StitchOps removes RouteOne accounts the day someone leaves, anywhere a person can log in and act, and saves evidence of each removal.

How do you rotate RouteOne passwords when someone leaves?

StitchOps logs in to RouteOne, sets a new password, confirms it took effect, and updates 1Password, Keeper or the StitchOps vault in the same run.

For your IT team
Where it runs
An agent runs an unattended desktop session on a dedicated worker VM in your environment, on Windows or macOS. It connects outbound only over TLS 1.2 or later. No inbound ports are opened.
Credentials
Credentials stay in your vault (1Password or Keeper) or in the StitchOps vault, encrypted with AWS KMS and resolved on the worker at run time. Models never see the values.
Identity systems
Changes in Okta, Entra ID or Active Directory can start a task. StitchOps carries them into dealer systems that have no SCIM or API. JumpCloud is supported through our joint program. StitchOps is listed in the Okta Integration Network.
APIs where they exist
Where a system offers an API, such as Authenticom DealerVault or Fortellis, StitchOps uses it. Everything else runs through browser or desktop automation, anywhere a person can log in and act.
Logs and telemetry
Every run keeps step level logs with status, timing and redacted results. Telemetry is content free: no field values, no personal data, no screenshots.
Security reviews
SOC 2 Type 2 audit completed. ISO 27001 certified. Penetration tested by a third party. The security packet is shared under NDA.
AI assistants
Approved tasks are available as MCP tools to Claude, ChatGPT and Copilot. Destructive actions need explicit confirmation.
