F&I, credit and eContracting · US and Canada
Dealertrack credit and eContracting access, handled automatically.
StitchOps sets up new F&I managers in Dealertrack credit and eContracting the day they start, and removes them at every rooftop the moment they leave. Every month it checks who can still submit credit applications at each store, and it keeps a record of every change.
All supported dealer systems →What's hard about Dealertrack (credit and eContracting) today.
Dealertrack credit is where your F&I team sends applications to lenders, so every login opens the door to customers' credit and personal information. When an F&I manager or a desk manager leaves, their login often stays open because removing it is one more job on the office manager's list. The same person may also have logins at two or three of your stores, and nobody has the full picture.
What StitchOps does in Dealertrack (credit and eContracting).
Access removed the moment they leave
When HR marks someone as gone, StitchOps removes their Dealertrack credit login at every rooftop, along with RouteOne, the DMS and the CRM.
New F&I managers ready for the first deal
A new F&I manager gets a login at the stores they work at, the same day HR adds them, so no deal sits waiting on access.
Desk to F&I, and store to store
When a desk manager moves into F&I, or an F&I manager moves to another rooftop, StitchOps updates their access to match the new job.
Monthly check of who can submit deals
StitchOps pulls the user list at each store, compares it to who actually works in F&I and on the desk, and flags anyone who should not be there.
A record of every change
Each login added, changed or removed is saved with what was done, when, and the result, ready for an auditor or a lender.

Common questions.
Is this the same as the Dealertrack DMS?
No. The Dealertrack DMS runs deals, parts, service and accounting. Dealertrack credit and eContracting is where F&I sends applications to lenders and signs contracts. StitchOps can handle access in both, in the same task.
Can a former F&I manager still submit deals if we forget to remove them?
Anyone with a working login can keep using it until it is removed. StitchOps removes the Dealertrack credit login the moment HR marks someone as gone, so that gap closes the same day.
Do you need our Dealertrack admin login?
StitchOps uses the admin login kept in your password vault, such as 1Password or Keeper, or in the StitchOps vault. It is used only on a secure computer inside your network, and the AI never sees it.
Can the same check cover RouteOne and 700Credit?
Yes. One monthly check can cover Dealertrack credit, RouteOne, 700Credit and the DMS, so you see every place a person can still pull credit or submit a deal.
Does it work for our Canadian stores?
Yes. StitchOps logs in the way your staff does, so it works at US and Canadian rooftops alike.
Does Dealertrack (credit and eContracting) support SCIM?
Dealertrack (credit and eContracting) does not publish it. Ask the vendor which plan includes SCIM provisioning before you rely on it.
Can Dealertrack (credit and eContracting) accounts be automated without upgrading?
Yes. StitchOps creates, changes and removes Dealertrack (credit and eContracting) accounts on the plan you already have, triggered by the events your identity provider already sends. It uses an API when one exists and works anywhere a person can log in and act when one does not.
Is Dealertrack (credit and eContracting) in the Okta Integration Network?
Yes. As of October 10, 2026, the OIN lists DealerTrack with SWA sign in and no provisioning.
Can Okta deprovision Dealertrack (credit and eContracting) users?
Not through an OIN connector. StitchOps removes Dealertrack (credit and eContracting) accounts the day someone leaves, anywhere a person can log in and act, and saves evidence of each removal.
How do you rotate Dealertrack (credit and eContracting) passwords when someone leaves?
StitchOps logs in to Dealertrack (credit and eContracting), sets a new password, confirms it took effect, and updates 1Password, Keeper or the StitchOps vault in the same run.
For your IT team
- Where it runs
- An agent runs an unattended desktop session on a dedicated worker VM in your environment, on Windows or macOS. It connects outbound only over TLS 1.2 or later. No inbound ports are opened.
- Credentials
- Credentials stay in your vault (1Password or Keeper) or in the StitchOps vault, encrypted with AWS KMS and resolved on the worker at run time. Models never see the values.
- Identity systems
- Changes in Okta, Entra ID or Active Directory can start a task. StitchOps carries them into dealer systems that have no SCIM or API. JumpCloud is supported through our joint program. StitchOps is listed in the Okta Integration Network.
- APIs where they exist
- Where a system offers an API, such as Authenticom DealerVault or Fortellis, StitchOps uses it. Everything else runs through browser or desktop automation, anywhere a person can log in and act.
- Logs and telemetry
- Every run keeps step level logs with status, timing and redacted results. Telemetry is content free: no field values, no personal data, no screenshots.
- Security reviews
- SOC 2 Type 2 audit completed. ISO 27001 certified. Penetration tested by a third party. The security packet is shared under NDA.
- AI assistants
- Approved tasks are available as MCP tools to Claude, ChatGPT and Copilot. Destructive actions need explicit confirmation.
