700Credit user access for every store, handled automatically.
StitchOps sets up new salespeople and F&I managers in 700Credit the day they start, and removes them at every rooftop the moment they leave. Each month it checks who can still pull credit at each store, and it keeps a record of every change.
All supported dealer systems →What's hard about 700Credit today.
700Credit logins often go wider than F&I. Salespeople and BDC staff may pull soft credit to qualify a buyer, so the list of people who can reach a customer's credit file is longer than most managers think. When someone on the floor leaves, their login is easy to forget, because nobody thinks of a salesperson as a credit user.
What StitchOps does in 700Credit.
Credit access gone when they are
When HR marks someone as gone, StitchOps removes their 700Credit login at every rooftop in the same task as the DMS, the CRM, RouteOne and Dealertrack.
The right access for the right seat
A new salesperson, BDC rep or F&I manager gets a 700Credit login set up for the job they were hired into, the same day HR adds them.
Monthly check of who can pull credit
StitchOps pulls the 700Credit user list at each store, compares it to who works there and in which role, and flags anyone who should not be able to pull credit.
Reports for the office
Reports the office manager or compliance lead downloads from 700Credit each month can be pulled on a schedule and saved where they expect them.
A record of every change
Each login added, changed or removed is saved with what was done, when, and the result, ready for an auditor or your compliance consultant.

Common questions.
Our salespeople pull soft credit. Does the check cover them too?
Yes. The monthly check looks at every 700Credit user at each store, not just F&I, and flags anyone who no longer works there or whose job no longer calls for credit access.
Can StitchOps remove a former employee from 700Credit and RouteOne at once?
Yes. One task removes the person from 700Credit, RouteOne, Dealertrack credit, the DMS and the CRM, at every rooftop where they had a login.
Do you need our 700Credit admin password?
StitchOps uses the admin login kept in your password vault, such as 1Password or Keeper, or in the StitchOps vault. It runs only on a secure computer inside your network, and the AI never sees it.
Which 700Credit reports can you pull?
Any report your team pulls from 700Credit by hand today. StitchOps logs in on a schedule, downloads it for each rooftop, and files it where your F&I director or controller looks for it, with a record of every pull.
Does this work if each rooftop has its own 700Credit account?
Yes. StitchOps works store by store, so separate accounts at each rooftop are covered by the same setup.
Does 700Credit support SCIM?
700Credit does not publish it. Ask the vendor which plan includes SCIM provisioning before you rely on it.
Can 700Credit accounts be automated without upgrading?
Yes. StitchOps creates, changes and removes 700Credit accounts on the plan you already have, triggered by the events your identity provider already sends. It uses an API when one exists and works anywhere a person can log in and act when one does not.
Is 700Credit in the Okta Integration Network?
No. As of October 10, 2026, the OIN has no listing for 700Credit. Okta can sign users in only through a custom app if 700Credit supports SAML or OIDC, and has no connector to manage 700Credit accounts.
Can Okta deprovision 700Credit users?
Not through an OIN connector. StitchOps removes 700Credit accounts the day someone leaves, anywhere a person can log in and act, and saves evidence of each removal.
How do you rotate 700Credit passwords when someone leaves?
StitchOps logs in to 700Credit, sets a new password, confirms it took effect, and updates 1Password, Keeper or the StitchOps vault in the same run.
For your IT team
- Where it runs
- An agent runs an unattended desktop session on a dedicated worker VM in your environment, on Windows or macOS. It connects outbound only over TLS 1.2 or later. No inbound ports are opened.
- Credentials
- Credentials stay in your vault (1Password or Keeper) or in the StitchOps vault, encrypted with AWS KMS and resolved on the worker at run time. Models never see the values.
- Identity systems
- Changes in Okta, Entra ID or Active Directory can start a task. StitchOps carries them into dealer systems that have no SCIM or API. JumpCloud is supported through our joint program. StitchOps is listed in the Okta Integration Network.
- APIs where they exist
- Where a system offers an API, such as Authenticom DealerVault or Fortellis, StitchOps uses it. Everything else runs through browser or desktop automation, anywhere a person can log in and act.
- Logs and telemetry
- Every run keeps step level logs with status, timing and redacted results. Telemetry is content free: no field values, no personal data, no screenshots.
- Security reviews
- SOC 2 Type 2 audit completed. ISO 27001 certified. Penetration tested by a third party. The security packet is shared under NDA.
- AI assistants
- Approved tasks are available as MCP tools to Claude, ChatGPT and Copilot. Destructive actions need explicit confirmation.
