DealerSocket user access for sales and BDC, handled automatically.
StitchOps gives new salespeople and BDC staff their DealerSocket logins the day they start and removes them the moment they leave, at every store. It checks every month who can still log in, flags unused seats, and keeps a record of every change.
All supported dealer systems →What's hard about DealerSocket today.
When a salesperson leaves, their customers and open leads still sit under their name in DealerSocket, and their login often stays open too. The sales manager is busy reassigning follow up and covering the floor, so removing access slips. Each month the store also pays for seats that belong to people who are long gone.
What StitchOps does in DealerSocket.
Login removed the day they leave
When HR marks a salesperson as gone, StitchOps removes their DealerSocket login at every store, so they cannot keep working your customers from somewhere else.
New staff set up for their team
A new salesperson or BDC rep gets a DealerSocket login the day HR adds them, for the store and team they joined.
Moves between stores and teams
When someone moves from the floor to the BDC, or to another rooftop, StitchOps updates their DealerSocket access to match.
Seat counts every month
StitchOps lists every DealerSocket user at each store, so you can see which paid seats belong to people who left.
Monthly check of who can log in
StitchOps compares the DealerSocket user list to who actually works here and flags anyone who should not have access.

Common questions.
Can StitchOps remove a salesperson from DealerSocket when they quit?
Yes. When HR or your identity system marks them as gone, StitchOps removes their DealerSocket login at every store you choose and records the change.
Does it reassign their leads to someone else?
Yes. StitchOps works in DealerSocket the same way your sales manager does: it moves the departing salesperson's leads and customers to whoever you choose, then removes their login, and records both steps.
Do you need our DealerSocket admin login?
StitchOps uses the admin login kept in your password vault, such as 1Password or Keeper, or in the StitchOps vault. It is used only on a secure computer inside your network, and the AI never sees it.
Will it work if half our stores use DealerSocket and half use another CRM?
Yes. One task removes a person from whichever CRM each store uses, and the monthly check shows every store together.
Is StitchOps a DealerSocket partner?
No. StitchOps is not affiliated with or endorsed by DealerSocket. It works in the system the way your own staff do.
Does DealerSocket support SCIM?
DealerSocket does not publish it. Ask the vendor which plan includes SCIM provisioning before you rely on it.
Can DealerSocket accounts be automated without upgrading?
Yes. StitchOps creates, changes and removes DealerSocket accounts on the plan you already have, triggered by the events your identity provider already sends. It uses an API when one exists and works anywhere a person can log in and act when one does not.
Is DealerSocket in the Okta Integration Network?
Yes. As of October 10, 2026, the OIN lists DealerSocket with SAML, SWA sign in and no provisioning.
Can Okta deprovision DealerSocket users?
Not through an OIN connector. StitchOps removes DealerSocket accounts the day someone leaves, anywhere a person can log in and act, and saves evidence of each removal.
For your IT team
- Where it runs
- An agent runs an unattended desktop session on a dedicated worker VM in your environment, on Windows or macOS. It connects outbound only over TLS 1.2 or later. No inbound ports are opened.
- Credentials
- Credentials stay in your vault (1Password or Keeper) or in the StitchOps vault, encrypted with AWS KMS and resolved on the worker at run time. Models never see the values.
- Identity systems
- Changes in Okta, Entra ID or Active Directory can start a task. StitchOps carries them into dealer systems that have no SCIM or API. JumpCloud is supported through our joint program. StitchOps is listed in the Okta Integration Network.
- APIs where they exist
- Where a system offers an API, such as Authenticom DealerVault or Fortellis, StitchOps uses it. Everything else runs through browser or desktop automation, anywhere a person can log in and act.
- Logs and telemetry
- Every run keeps step level logs with status, timing and redacted results. Telemetry is content free: no field values, no personal data, no screenshots.
- Security reviews
- SOC 2 Type 2 audit completed. ISO 27001 certified. Penetration tested by a third party. The security packet is shared under NDA.
- AI assistants
- Approved tasks are available as MCP tools to Claude, ChatGPT and Copilot. Destructive actions need explicit confirmation.
