VinSolutions user access and seats, handled automatically.

StitchOps sets up new salespeople and BDC staff in VinSolutions the day they start and removes their login the moment they leave, at every store. Each month it counts your paid seats, flags the ones nobody uses, and checks who can still log in.

What's hard about VinSolutions today.

Sales and BDC turnover never stops, and every salesperson who leaves takes your customer list in their head. If their VinSolutions login stays open, they can still see leads and customer contact details from the store across the street. Meanwhile you keep paying for seats belonging to people who left months ago.

What StitchOps does in VinSolutions.

Login removed before they reach the next store

When a salesperson is let go, StitchOps removes their VinSolutions login at every rooftop right away, so your leads and customer details stay with you.

New salespeople ready to work leads

A new salesperson or BDC rep gets a VinSolutions login the day HR adds them, set up for the store and team they joined.

Seat counts every month

StitchOps lists every paid VinSolutions seat at each store and who uses it, so you can stop paying for people who left.

Monthly check of who can log in

StitchOps pulls the VinSolutions user list, compares it to who actually works here, and flags anyone who should not have access.

A record of every change

Every login added or removed is saved with what was done, when, and the result.

Common questions.

Can a salesperson who quit still see our leads in VinSolutions?

Until their login is removed, they may. StitchOps removes it at every store the moment HR or your identity system marks them gone, and records the change.

Can it tell us how many VinSolutions seats we are paying for?

It can list every user at each store and flag the ones that belong to people who no longer work for you. Your seat count and bill come from your agreement with the vendor.

Do you need our VinSolutions password?

StitchOps uses the admin login kept in your password vault, such as 1Password or Keeper, or in the StitchOps vault. It runs only on a secure computer inside your network, and the AI never sees it.

Does it cover the DMS too?

Yes. The same task that removes a salesperson from VinSolutions also removes them from your DMS, RouteOne and the OEM portals.

Does VinSolutions support SCIM?

VinSolutions does not publish it. Ask the vendor which plan includes SCIM provisioning before you rely on it.

Can VinSolutions accounts be automated without upgrading?

Yes. StitchOps creates, changes and removes VinSolutions accounts on the plan you already have, triggered by the events your identity provider already sends. It uses an API when one exists and works anywhere a person can log in and act when one does not.

Is VinSolutions in the Okta Integration Network?

No. As of October 10, 2026, the OIN has no listing for VinSolutions. Okta can sign users in only through a custom app if VinSolutions supports SAML or OIDC, and has no connector to manage VinSolutions accounts.

Can Okta deprovision VinSolutions users?

Not through an OIN connector. StitchOps removes VinSolutions accounts the day someone leaves, anywhere a person can log in and act, and saves evidence of each removal.

How do you rotate VinSolutions passwords when someone leaves?

StitchOps logs in to VinSolutions, sets a new password, confirms it took effect, and updates 1Password, Keeper or the StitchOps vault in the same run.

For your IT team
Where it runs
An agent runs an unattended desktop session on a dedicated worker VM in your environment, on Windows or macOS. It connects outbound only over TLS 1.2 or later. No inbound ports are opened.
Credentials
Credentials stay in your vault (1Password or Keeper) or in the StitchOps vault, encrypted with AWS KMS and resolved on the worker at run time. Models never see the values.
Identity systems
Changes in Okta, Entra ID or Active Directory can start a task. StitchOps carries them into dealer systems that have no SCIM or API. JumpCloud is supported through our joint program. StitchOps is listed in the Okta Integration Network.
APIs where they exist
Where a system offers an API, such as Authenticom DealerVault or Fortellis, StitchOps uses it. Everything else runs through browser or desktop automation, anywhere a person can log in and act.
Logs and telemetry
Every run keeps step level logs with status, timing and redacted results. Telemetry is content free: no field values, no personal data, no screenshots.
Security reviews
SOC 2 Type 2 audit completed. ISO 27001 certified. Penetration tested by a third party. The security packet is shared under NDA.
AI assistants
Approved tasks are available as MCP tools to Claude, ChatGPT and Copilot. Destructive actions need explicit confirmation.
