SCIM and API tax
What Front charges to automate accounts.
Front includes SCIM provisioning only on Scale, at $99 per user a month. That is 5.2 times the price of the plan most teams buy (Starter, $19 per user a month). For 100 users, the SCIM tax comes to about $96,000 a year.
SSO sits on the same plan as SCIM or above it. If you need SSO anyway, that upgrade is not avoidable, and the calculator counts it that way.
