SCIM and API tax

What Salesforce charges to automate accounts.

Salesforce includes SCIM provisioning only on Enterprise, at $175 per user a month. That is 7 times the price of the plan most teams buy (Starter Suite, $25 per user a month). For 100 users, the SCIM tax comes to about $180,000 a year.

Pricing notes

SCIM gated behind Enterprise edition. 7x jump from Starter ($25) to Enterprise ($175). Pro Suite ($100) sits between but does not include SCIM. Prices raised about 6% in late 2025.

Common questions.

Does Salesforce support SCIM?

Yes, but only on Enterprise, at $175 per user a month. On the plan most teams buy, SCIM is not available.

Which Salesforce plan includes SCIM?

Enterprise, at $175 per user a month, against Starter Suite, $25 per user a month for the plan most teams buy. At 100 users the difference is about $180,000 a year.

Can Salesforce accounts be automated without upgrading?

Yes. StitchOps creates, changes and removes Salesforce accounts on the plan you already have, triggered by the events your identity provider already sends. It uses an API when one exists and works anywhere a person can log in and act when one does not.

Is Salesforce in the Okta Integration Network?

Yes. As of October 10, 2026, the OIN lists Salesforce.com with SAML, SWA sign in and provisioning to create, update and deactivate users.

Can Okta deprovision Salesforce users?

Yes. The OIN connector deactivates Salesforce accounts when a user is removed in Okta.
