Ford FMCDealer access and reports for Ford and Lincoln stores.

StitchOps gives new hires at your Ford and Lincoln stores the FMCDealer access they need and removes it the day they leave. It pulls the warranty and sales reports your controller and service director use each month, and records every step.

What's hard about Ford FMCDealer today.

At a Ford store, the warranty administrator, the service director and the sales desk all live in FMCDealer. When the warranty clerk leaves, someone has to remember their login, and the claims they could still reach. Each month your office pulls the same warranty and sales reports by hand, one store at a time.

What StitchOps does in Ford FMCDealer.

Warranty and service staff ready on day one

A new warranty administrator or service advisor gets FMCDealer access at their store the same day HR adds them, so claims do not stack up waiting on a login.

Access removed when they leave

When someone is let go, StitchOps removes their FMCDealer login at every Ford and Lincoln store they worked, at the same time as the DMS and the CRM.

Warranty reports for fixed ops

StitchOps downloads the warranty reports your service director and warranty clerk review, on a schedule, and saves them where they look for them.

Sales reports for the controller

Monthly sales and incentive reports are pulled for every Ford rooftop and filed in the controller's folder, so nobody has to log in store by store.

Monthly check of who can log in

StitchOps pulls the FMCDealer user list at each store and flags anyone who no longer works there or holds more access than their job needs.

A record of every step

Every login change and every report pulled is saved with what was done, when, and the result.

Common questions.

Can StitchOps pull our Ford warranty reports every week?

Yes. If your staff can download a report from FMCDealer today, StitchOps can pull it on the schedule you set and save it where your service director expects it.

Does this work for both our Ford and Lincoln stores?

Yes. StitchOps works with the admin login for each store, so every Ford and Lincoln rooftop in your group is covered by one setup.

What happens to FMCDealer access when our warranty administrator quits?

StitchOps removes their FMCDealer login as soon as HR marks them gone, along with their DMS and CRM access, and saves a record of each removal.

Do you need our FMCDealer password?

StitchOps uses the admin login kept in your password vault or the StitchOps vault. It is used only on a secure computer inside your network, and the AI never sees it.

Where do the reports end up?

Wherever your controller wants them, such as a shared drive folder for each store and month. We agree on the folders during setup.

Does Ford FMCDealer support SCIM?

Ford FMCDealer does not publish it. Ask the vendor which plan includes SCIM provisioning before you rely on it.

Can Ford FMCDealer accounts be automated without upgrading?

Yes. StitchOps creates, changes and removes Ford FMCDealer accounts on the plan you already have, triggered by the events your identity provider already sends. It uses an API when one exists and works anywhere a person can log in and act when one does not.

Is Ford FMCDealer in the Okta Integration Network?

Yes. As of October 10, 2026, the OIN lists FORD with SWA sign in and no provisioning.

Can Okta deprovision Ford FMCDealer users?

Not through an OIN connector. StitchOps removes Ford FMCDealer accounts the day someone leaves, anywhere a person can log in and act, and saves evidence of each removal.

How do you rotate Ford FMCDealer passwords when someone leaves?

StitchOps logs in to Ford FMCDealer, sets a new password, confirms it took effect, and updates 1Password, Keeper or the StitchOps vault in the same run.

For your IT team
Where it runs
An agent runs an unattended desktop session on a dedicated worker VM in your environment, on Windows or macOS. It connects outbound only over TLS 1.2 or later. No inbound ports are opened.
Credentials
Credentials stay in your vault (1Password or Keeper) or in the StitchOps vault, encrypted with AWS KMS and resolved on the worker at run time. Models never see the values.
Identity systems
Changes in Okta, Entra ID or Active Directory can start a task. StitchOps carries them into dealer systems that have no SCIM or API. JumpCloud is supported through our joint program. StitchOps is listed in the Okta Integration Network.
APIs where they exist
Where a system offers an API, such as Authenticom DealerVault or Fortellis, StitchOps uses it. Everything else runs through browser or desktop automation, anywhere a person can log in and act.
Logs and telemetry
Every run keeps step level logs with status, timing and redacted results. Telemetry is content free: no field values, no personal data, no screenshots.
Security reviews
SOC 2 Type 2 audit completed. ISO 27001 certified. Penetration tested by a third party. The security packet is shared under NDA.
AI assistants
Approved tasks are available as MCP tools to Claude, ChatGPT and Copilot. Destructive actions need explicit confirmation.
