Kia KDealer logins and reports, kept current at every Kia store.

StitchOps sets up KDealer access for new Kia store staff and removes it when they leave or change stores. It pulls the reports your controller and fixed ops review each month, runs a monthly check of who can log in, and keeps a record of every step.

What's hard about Kia KDealer today.

Dealer groups often move people between Kia stores and their other franchises. Each move means KDealer access at one store should end and start at another, and that rarely happens cleanly. The result is people with access to stores they no longer work at, and a monthly report run that still depends on one person.

What StitchOps does in Kia KDealer.

Store transfers handled

When someone moves from one Kia store to another in your group, StitchOps removes their old store access and sets up the new one the same day.

New hires ready the same day

New sales, service and parts staff get KDealer access as soon as HR adds them.

Access removed when they leave

When someone is let go, StitchOps removes their KDealer login at every store, along with the DMS and the CRM.

Reports that do not depend on one person

StitchOps pulls the KDealer reports your controller and service director use on a schedule, so month end does not stall when someone is out.

Monthly check of who can log in

Every month StitchOps compares the KDealer user list at each store to who works there and flags the rest.

Common questions.

What happens when we move a salesperson between our Kia stores?

StitchOps updates their KDealer access the day HR records the move: removed at the old store and set up at the new one, with both changes recorded.

Can StitchOps pull our Kia reports if our office manager is on vacation?

Yes. Reports run on a schedule using the login kept in your vault, so they arrive in the controller's folder whether or not anyone is in the office.

Do you need our KDealer password?

StitchOps uses the admin login kept in your password vault or the StitchOps vault. It is used only on a secure computer inside your network, and the AI never sees it.

Can the monthly check cover KDealer and our other OEM portals?

Yes. One check covers every OEM portal, the DMS and the CRM, so you see every login a person still has across your group.

Does Kia KDealer support SCIM?

Kia KDealer does not publish it. Ask the vendor which plan includes SCIM provisioning before you rely on it.

Can Kia KDealer accounts be automated without upgrading?

Yes. StitchOps creates, changes and removes Kia KDealer accounts on the plan you already have, triggered by the events your identity provider already sends. It uses an API when one exists and works anywhere a person can log in and act when one does not.

Is Kia KDealer in the Okta Integration Network?

No. As of October 10, 2026, the OIN has no listing for Kia KDealer. Okta can sign users in only through a custom app if Kia KDealer supports SAML or OIDC, and has no connector to manage Kia KDealer accounts.

Can Okta deprovision Kia KDealer users?

Not through an OIN connector. StitchOps removes Kia KDealer accounts the day someone leaves, anywhere a person can log in and act, and saves evidence of each removal.

How do you rotate Kia KDealer passwords when someone leaves?

StitchOps logs in to Kia KDealer, sets a new password, confirms it took effect, and updates 1Password, Keeper or the StitchOps vault in the same run.

For your IT team
Where it runs
An agent runs an unattended desktop session on a dedicated worker VM in your environment, on Windows or macOS. It connects outbound only over TLS 1.2 or later. No inbound ports are opened.
Credentials
Credentials stay in your vault (1Password or Keeper) or in the StitchOps vault, encrypted with AWS KMS and resolved on the worker at run time. Models never see the values.
Identity systems
Changes in Okta, Entra ID or Active Directory can start a task. StitchOps carries them into dealer systems that have no SCIM or API. JumpCloud is supported through our joint program. StitchOps is listed in the Okta Integration Network.
APIs where they exist
Where a system offers an API, such as Authenticom DealerVault or Fortellis, StitchOps uses it. Everything else runs through browser or desktop automation, anywhere a person can log in and act.
Logs and telemetry
Every run keeps step level logs with status, timing and redacted results. Telemetry is content free: no field values, no personal data, no screenshots.
Security reviews
SOC 2 Type 2 audit completed. ISO 27001 certified. Penetration tested by a third party. The security packet is shared under NDA.
AI assistants
Approved tasks are available as MCP tools to Claude, ChatGPT and Copilot. Destructive actions need explicit confirmation.
