Stellantis DealerCONNECT user access for Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep and Ram stores.
StitchOps sets up and removes DealerCONNECT logins for your Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep and Ram stores as people join, change jobs and leave. It checks every month who can still log in, pulls incentive and service reports for your controller and fixed ops, and keeps a record of every step.
All supported dealer systems →What's hard about Stellantis DealerCONNECT today.
A CDJR store runs a lot of its OEM business through DealerCONNECT, from sales and incentives to service and parts. Turnover on the sales floor means logins pile up for people who left months ago. And when incentive programs change, somebody in the office spends hours pulling reports to make sure every deal was claimed.
What StitchOps does in Stellantis DealerCONNECT.
Logins that keep up with sales turnover
New salespeople get DealerCONNECT access the same day HR adds them, and people who leave lose it the same day, at every CDJR store.
Incentive reports for the controller
StitchOps pulls the incentive and sales reports your controller uses to check that every deal was claimed, on a schedule, and files them by store.
Service and parts reports for fixed ops
Warranty and parts reports your fixed ops director reviews are downloaded on a schedule, so nobody has to log in for them.
Role changes that follow the person
When a salesperson moves to the F&I office or a technician becomes a shop foreman, StitchOps updates their DealerCONNECT access to match.
Monthly check of who can log in
Every month StitchOps compares the DealerCONNECT user list at each store to who actually works there and flags the rest.
A record of every step
Every login change and report pulled is saved with what was done, when, and the result, ready for an OEM audit.

Common questions.
Can StitchOps keep DealerCONNECT clean with high sales turnover?
Yes. Each new hire and each person who leaves is handled the day HR records it, and the monthly check catches anything that slipped through.
Can it pull our incentive reports so we don't miss money?
StitchOps can download any report your staff can download today, on a schedule, and save it where your controller reviews it. Checking the claims is still your team's call.
We have four CDJR rooftops. Is that one setup?
Yes. One setup covers every store in your group, using the admin login for each rooftop.
Do you need our DealerCONNECT password?
StitchOps uses the admin login kept in your password vault or the StitchOps vault. It is used only on a secure computer inside your network, and the AI never sees it.
Does this cover our Canadian stores?
Yes. StitchOps runs DealerCONNECT for stores in the US and Canada the same way.
Does Stellantis DealerCONNECT support SCIM?
Stellantis DealerCONNECT does not publish it. Ask the vendor which plan includes SCIM provisioning before you rely on it.
Can Stellantis DealerCONNECT accounts be automated without upgrading?
Yes. StitchOps creates, changes and removes Stellantis DealerCONNECT accounts on the plan you already have, triggered by the events your identity provider already sends. It uses an API when one exists and works anywhere a person can log in and act when one does not.
Is Stellantis DealerCONNECT in the Okta Integration Network?
No. As of October 10, 2026, the OIN has no listing for Stellantis DealerCONNECT. Okta can sign users in only through a custom app if Stellantis DealerCONNECT supports SAML or OIDC, and has no connector to manage Stellantis DealerCONNECT accounts.
Can Okta deprovision Stellantis DealerCONNECT users?
Not through an OIN connector. StitchOps removes Stellantis DealerCONNECT accounts the day someone leaves, anywhere a person can log in and act, and saves evidence of each removal.
How do you rotate Stellantis DealerCONNECT passwords when someone leaves?
StitchOps logs in to Stellantis DealerCONNECT, sets a new password, confirms it took effect, and updates 1Password, Keeper or the StitchOps vault in the same run.
For your IT team
- Where it runs
- An agent runs an unattended desktop session on a dedicated worker VM in your environment, on Windows or macOS. It connects outbound only over TLS 1.2 or later. No inbound ports are opened.
- Credentials
- Credentials stay in your vault (1Password or Keeper) or in the StitchOps vault, encrypted with AWS KMS and resolved on the worker at run time. Models never see the values.
- Identity systems
- Changes in Okta, Entra ID or Active Directory can start a task. StitchOps carries them into dealer systems that have no SCIM or API. JumpCloud is supported through our joint program. StitchOps is listed in the Okta Integration Network.
- APIs where they exist
- Where a system offers an API, such as Authenticom DealerVault or Fortellis, StitchOps uses it. Everything else runs through browser or desktop automation, anywhere a person can log in and act.
- Logs and telemetry
- Every run keeps step level logs with status, timing and redacted results. Telemetry is content free: no field values, no personal data, no screenshots.
- Security reviews
- SOC 2 Type 2 audit completed. ISO 27001 certified. Penetration tested by a third party. The security packet is shared under NDA.
- AI assistants
- Approved tasks are available as MCP tools to Claude, ChatGPT and Copilot. Destructive actions need explicit confirmation.
