GM GlobalConnect user access for Chevrolet, Buick, GMC and Cadillac stores.
StitchOps sets up GM GlobalConnect logins for new hires at your GM stores and removes them the day someone leaves. It checks every month who can still log in at each rooftop, pulls the reports your controller needs on a schedule, and keeps a record of every step.
All supported dealer systems →What's hard about GM GlobalConnect today.
GlobalConnect is where your sales, service and parts people do GM business, so nearly everyone at a GM store ends up with a login. When a service advisor or a sales manager leaves, removing that login is easy to forget, and nobody sees it until the next audit. Meanwhile your controller logs in every month to pull the same reports by hand.
What StitchOps does in GM GlobalConnect.
Logins for every department
A new service advisor, parts counter person or sales manager gets the GlobalConnect access their job needs at their store, the same day HR adds them.
Access removed when they leave
When someone is let go, StitchOps removes their GlobalConnect login at every GM rooftop they worked, along with the DMS and the CRM.
Role changes that follow the person
When a technician moves to service advisor, or a salesperson moves to another GM store in the group, StitchOps updates their access to match.
Reports in the controller's folder
StitchOps logs in on a schedule, downloads the sales, service and incentive reports your controller asks for, and saves them where they expect them.
Monthly check of who can log in
Each month StitchOps pulls the GlobalConnect user list at every GM store and flags anyone who no longer works there.
A record for GM and your auditor
Every login added or removed and every report pulled is saved with what was done, when, and the result.

Common questions.
Can StitchOps remove a GlobalConnect login when someone leaves?
Yes. When HR or your identity system marks someone as gone, StitchOps logs in to GlobalConnect with your admin login and removes their access at each GM store. Every removal is recorded.
Which GM reports can it pull for our controller?
Any report your staff download from GlobalConnect today, including sales, incentive and warranty reports. StitchOps pulls them on a schedule for every GM rooftop and files them where your controller and fixed ops director expect them.
We own Chevrolet and Cadillac stores. Does one setup cover both?
Yes. StitchOps works store by store with the admin login for each rooftop, so every GM store in your group is covered by the same setup.
Do you need our GlobalConnect admin password?
StitchOps uses the admin login kept in your password vault, such as 1Password or Keeper, or in the StitchOps vault. It is used only on a secure computer inside your network, and the AI never sees it.
Can the monthly check include our other systems too?
Yes. The same check covers the DMS, the CRM, RouteOne and your other OEM portals, so you see every login a person still has in one list.
Does GM GlobalConnect support SCIM?
GM GlobalConnect does not publish it. Ask the vendor which plan includes SCIM provisioning before you rely on it.
Can GM GlobalConnect accounts be automated without upgrading?
Yes. StitchOps creates, changes and removes GM GlobalConnect accounts on the plan you already have, triggered by the events your identity provider already sends. It uses an API when one exists and works anywhere a person can log in and act when one does not.
Is GM GlobalConnect in the Okta Integration Network?
Yes. As of October 10, 2026, the OIN lists General Motors GlobalConnect with SWA sign in and no provisioning.
Can Okta deprovision GM GlobalConnect users?
Not through an OIN connector. StitchOps removes GM GlobalConnect accounts the day someone leaves, anywhere a person can log in and act, and saves evidence of each removal.
How do you rotate GM GlobalConnect passwords when someone leaves?
StitchOps logs in to GM GlobalConnect, sets a new password, confirms it took effect, and updates 1Password, Keeper or the StitchOps vault in the same run.
For your IT team
- Where it runs
- An agent runs an unattended desktop session on a dedicated worker VM in your environment, on Windows or macOS. It connects outbound only over TLS 1.2 or later. No inbound ports are opened.
- Credentials
- Credentials stay in your vault (1Password or Keeper) or in the StitchOps vault, encrypted with AWS KMS and resolved on the worker at run time. Models never see the values.
- Identity systems
- Changes in Okta, Entra ID or Active Directory can start a task. StitchOps carries them into dealer systems that have no SCIM or API. JumpCloud is supported through our joint program. StitchOps is listed in the Okta Integration Network.
- APIs where they exist
- Where a system offers an API, such as Authenticom DealerVault or Fortellis, StitchOps uses it. Everything else runs through browser or desktop automation, anywhere a person can log in and act.
- Logs and telemetry
- Every run keeps step level logs with status, timing and redacted results. Telemetry is content free: no field values, no personal data, no screenshots.
- Security reviews
- SOC 2 Type 2 audit completed. ISO 27001 certified. Penetration tested by a third party. The security packet is shared under NDA.
- AI assistants
- Approved tasks are available as MCP tools to Claude, ChatGPT and Copilot. Destructive actions need explicit confirmation.
