HR, payroll and benefits · 33 systems
HR and payroll as the trigger for every dealer system.
When HR adds someone in ADP, UKG, Paylocity or Paycom, StitchOps sets up their logins in the DMS, the CRM and every portal they need. When HR marks someone as gone, StitchOps removes their access everywhere, and the monthly check compares HR's list of who works here against every system.
See all 33 below ↓HR knows first. Everyone else finds out later.
The moment a salesperson is let go, HR and payroll know. The DMS, the CRM, RouteOne and the OEM portals do not. Until someone tells each system, that person can still log in.
The manual way runs on email and memory.
HR emails the office manager, who works through a list of systems at each store. New hires wait for logins. People who leave keep theirs for days or weeks. In a dealer group, the list is longer at every rooftop.
What StitchOps does with HR as the trigger.
StitchOps watches for changes in your HR and payroll system. A new hire starts their setup in every dealer system the moment HR adds them. A termination starts access removal everywhere the same day. A role change updates what the person can reach.
Don't pay a tax to reach your own HR data.
Some HR and payroll vendors charge extra before other software can read your employee list: an API upgrade, a SCIM add on, or a paid connector. Some offer no connection at all. StitchOps works either way. It uses a connection you already have, and where there is none, it reads your HR system the way your HR team does. Adding a new HR system is a quick setup, not an integration project.
The monthly check starts from HR's list.
Each month StitchOps pulls the user list from every system at every rooftop and compares it to HR's list of who actually works here. Anyone who should not have access is flagged, with a record of what was found.
Every HR, payroll and benefits system we support.
If yours is not here and it has a login, we can still run it.

Common questions.
Which HR and payroll systems does this work with?
Any HR or payroll system where a person can log in and see who works here, including ADP, UKG, Paylocity, Paycom and the others in our directory. When a system offers a direct connection, StitchOps uses it.
What happens the moment HR marks someone as terminated?
StitchOps starts removing their access in every dealer system you choose, such as the DMS, the CRM, RouteOne and the OEM portals, and records each removal.
Do we have to change how HR works?
No. HR keeps working in the system it already uses. StitchOps reads the change and carries it into the dealer systems.
Our HR vendor wants to charge extra for API or SCIM access. Do we have to pay it?
No. StitchOps reads new hires, job changes and terminations from the HR screens your team already uses, so you can skip the upgrade. If you already have an API or SCIM connection, StitchOps uses that instead.
Can you work with an HR system that has no API at all?
Yes. If your HR team can log in and see who works here, StitchOps can work with it. That includes smaller payroll providers and older systems with no way for other software to connect.
Does it work with Okta or JumpCloud too?
Yes. If your identity system already gets changes from HR, StitchOps can carry those changes into the dealer systems your identity system cannot reach.

For your IT team
- Where it runs
- An agent runs an unattended desktop session on a dedicated worker VM in your environment, on Windows or macOS. It connects outbound only over TLS 1.2 or later. No inbound ports are opened.
- Credentials
- Credentials stay in your vault (1Password or Keeper) or in the StitchOps vault, encrypted with AWS KMS and resolved on the worker at run time. Models never see the values.
- Identity systems
- Changes in Okta, Entra ID or Active Directory can start a task. StitchOps carries them into dealer systems that have no SCIM or API. JumpCloud is supported through our joint program. StitchOps is listed in the Okta Integration Network.
- APIs where they exist
- Where a system offers an API, such as Authenticom DealerVault or Fortellis, StitchOps uses it. Everything else runs through browser or desktop automation, anywhere a person can log in and act.
- Logs and telemetry
- Every run keeps step level logs with status, timing and redacted results. Telemetry is content free: no field values, no personal data, no screenshots.
- Security reviews
- SOC 2 Type 2 audit completed. ISO 27001 certified. Penetration tested by a third party. The security packet is shared under NDA.
- AI assistants
- Approved tasks are available as MCP tools to Claude, ChatGPT and Copilot. Destructive actions need explicit confirmation.
