Paycom terminations, carried into every dealer system.

When someone is terminated in Paycom, StitchOps removes their access in the DMS, CRM, lender and OEM portals at every rooftop, and saves a record of each removal. New hires in Paycom get their logins set up the same day.

What's hard about Paycom today.

A termination in Paycom ends the paycheck. It does not end the RouteOne login, the CRM access or the OEM portal account. When an auditor, a lender or an insurance carrier asks you to show that a former employee lost access, the answer is usually a few emails and a guess.

What StitchOps does in Paycom.

Every login removed after a termination

When Paycom shows someone as terminated, StitchOps removes their access in every dealer system at every rooftop where they worked.

Proof that access was removed

Each removal is saved with the system, the store, the time and the result, so you can show exactly when a former employee lost access.

New hires set up from Paycom

A new hire in Paycom gets the logins their job needs at their store, the same day, without anyone keying them in again.

Monthly check against Paycom

StitchOps compares the user list in each dealer system to who Paycom says works there, and flags anyone left over.

Reports for the controller

Reports the controller downloads from Paycom by hand can be pulled on a schedule and saved where they expect them.

No paid Paycom connector, no integration project

StitchOps does not need a paid API, a SCIM upgrade or a marketplace connector to act on a Paycom termination. It reads the change the way your HR team sees it and starts removing access everywhere.

Common questions.

How quickly is access removed after a termination in Paycom?

StitchOps starts as soon as it sees the termination, and works through every system and rooftop on the list for that person. Each step is recorded with the time.

Can we show an insurance carrier that former employees lost access?

Yes. Every removal is saved with what was done, where, when and the result, so you can hand over the record instead of rebuilding it.

Do you need a Paycom admin login?

StitchOps needs a login that can see new hires and terminations, kept in your password vault. It runs only on a secure computer inside your network, and the AI never sees it.

What if someone is terminated by mistake?

You can set StitchOps to wait for a manager to confirm before removing access, or to act right away. Most stores act right away for terminations.

Does Paycom need an API or SCIM connection for this to work?

No. StitchOps reads terminations and new hires from the Paycom screens your HR team uses. It works the same whether or not a direct connection exists.

Does Paycom support SCIM?

No. Paycom does not offer SCIM provisioning on any plan, so accounts are created and removed by hand, by file import, or by a tool that works in Paycom the way an admin would.

Can Paycom accounts be automated without upgrading?

Yes. StitchOps creates, changes and removes Paycom accounts on the plan you already have, triggered by the events your identity provider already sends. It uses an API when one exists and works anywhere a person can log in and act when one does not.

Is Paycom in the Okta Integration Network?

No. As of October 10, 2026, the OIN has no listing for Paycom. Okta can sign users in only through a custom app if Paycom supports SAML or OIDC, and has no connector to manage Paycom accounts.

Can Okta deprovision Paycom users?

Not through an OIN connector. StitchOps removes Paycom accounts the day someone leaves, anywhere a person can log in and act, and saves evidence of each removal.

How do you rotate Paycom passwords when someone leaves?

StitchOps logs in to Paycom, sets a new password, confirms it took effect, and updates 1Password, Keeper or the StitchOps vault in the same run.

For your IT team
Where it runs
An agent runs an unattended desktop session on a dedicated worker VM in your environment, on Windows or macOS. It connects outbound only over TLS 1.2 or later. No inbound ports are opened.
Credentials
Credentials stay in your vault (1Password or Keeper) or in the StitchOps vault, encrypted with AWS KMS and resolved on the worker at run time. Models never see the values.
Identity systems
Changes in Okta, Entra ID or Active Directory can start a task. StitchOps carries them into dealer systems that have no SCIM or API. JumpCloud is supported through our joint program. StitchOps is listed in the Okta Integration Network.
APIs where they exist
Where a system offers an API, such as Authenticom DealerVault or Fortellis, StitchOps uses it. Everything else runs through browser or desktop automation, anywhere a person can log in and act.
Logs and telemetry
Every run keeps step level logs with status, timing and redacted results. Telemetry is content free: no field values, no personal data, no screenshots.
Security reviews
SOC 2 Type 2 audit completed. ISO 27001 certified. Penetration tested by a third party. The security packet is shared under NDA.
AI assistants
Approved tasks are available as MCP tools to Claude, ChatGPT and Copilot. Destructive actions need explicit confirmation.
