HR, payroll and benefits · US
ADP Workforce Now to every dealer system, automatically.
When HR adds someone in ADP Workforce Now, StitchOps sets up their logins in the DMS, CRM, lender and OEM portals they need. When HR marks someone as gone, it removes them everywhere. It also pulls payroll and headcount reports for the controller on a schedule.
All supported dealer systems →What's hard about ADP Workforce Now today.
ADP knows who works at each of your stores. The DMS, the CRM, RouteOne and the OEM portals do not. Every hire and every termination in ADP turns into a list of logins someone has to set up or remove by hand, and in a large dealer group that list never gets fully done.
What StitchOps does in ADP Workforce Now.
New hire in ADP, logins everywhere
When a new hire is added in ADP Workforce Now, StitchOps sets up the DMS, CRM, credit and OEM portal logins their job and rooftop call for, the same day.
Termination in ADP, access gone everywhere
When HR marks someone as terminated, StitchOps removes their access in every dealer system at every rooftop, so a former salesperson cannot log in to RouteOne or the DMS.
Monthly check against ADP
StitchOps pulls the user list from every dealer system and compares it to who ADP says works at each store. Anyone left over is flagged.
Payroll and headcount reports
Reports the controller downloads from ADP each pay period or month end can be pulled on a schedule and saved where they expect them.
Works with Okta and JumpCloud
If your identity system already reads from ADP, StitchOps picks up its changes and carries them into the dealer systems it cannot reach.
No API fee to reach your ADP data
If connecting ADP Workforce Now to other software means a paid upgrade or a connector project, you can skip it. StitchOps reads new hires and terminations from the same ADP screens your HR team uses.

Common questions.
Does StitchOps change anything in ADP?
No. ADP stays the place HR works. StitchOps reads who was hired, changed jobs or left, and acts on that in your dealer systems.
How does StitchOps know which systems a new hire needs?
You tell us once, by job and rooftop. A salesperson at one store gets a different set of logins than an F&I manager at another, and StitchOps follows that list.
We have several company codes in ADP. Does that matter?
No. We map each part of your ADP setup to the right rooftop when we set things up, so each store's hires and terminations go to the right systems.
Do you need an ADP admin login?
StitchOps needs a login that can see hires, job changes and terminations, kept in your password vault. It runs only on a secure computer inside your network, and the AI never sees it.
Can the controller get ADP reports without logging in?
Yes. Reports they download by hand today can be pulled on a schedule and saved to the folder or inbox they already use.
Do we need to buy an ADP connector or API upgrade for this?
No. StitchOps works from the ADP Workforce Now screens your HR team already uses. If you already pay for a connection, StitchOps can use it, but you never have to add one to get started.
Does ADP Workforce Now support SCIM?
No. ADP Workforce Now does not offer SCIM provisioning on any plan, so accounts are created and removed by hand, by file import, or by a tool that works in ADP Workforce Now the way an admin would.
Can ADP Workforce Now accounts be automated without upgrading?
Yes. StitchOps creates, changes and removes ADP Workforce Now accounts on the plan you already have, triggered by the events your identity provider already sends. It uses an API when one exists and works anywhere a person can log in and act when one does not.
Is ADP Workforce Now in the Okta Integration Network?
Yes. As of October 10, 2026, the OIN lists ADP with SAML sign in and no provisioning.
Can Okta deprovision ADP Workforce Now users?
Not through an OIN connector. StitchOps removes ADP Workforce Now accounts the day someone leaves, anywhere a person can log in and act, and saves evidence of each removal.
For your IT team
- Where it runs
- An agent runs an unattended desktop session on a dedicated worker VM in your environment, on Windows or macOS. It connects outbound only over TLS 1.2 or later. No inbound ports are opened.
- Credentials
- Credentials stay in your vault (1Password or Keeper) or in the StitchOps vault, encrypted with AWS KMS and resolved on the worker at run time. Models never see the values.
- Identity systems
- Changes in Okta, Entra ID or Active Directory can start a task. StitchOps carries them into dealer systems that have no SCIM or API. JumpCloud is supported through our joint program. StitchOps is listed in the Okta Integration Network.
- APIs where they exist
- Where a system offers an API, such as Authenticom DealerVault or Fortellis, StitchOps uses it. Everything else runs through browser or desktop automation, anywhere a person can log in and act.
- Logs and telemetry
- Every run keeps step level logs with status, timing and redacted results. Telemetry is content free: no field values, no personal data, no screenshots.
- Security reviews
- SOC 2 Type 2 audit completed. ISO 27001 certified. Penetration tested by a third party. The security packet is shared under NDA.
- AI assistants
- Approved tasks are available as MCP tools to Claude, ChatGPT and Copilot. Destructive actions need explicit confirmation.
