Paylocity as the start of new hire setup at every rooftop.

When a new hire is added in Paylocity, StitchOps sets up their logins in every dealer system their job needs. When someone leaves, it removes them everywhere. Each month it compares Paylocity to your paid seats, so you stop paying for logins nobody uses.

What's hard about Paylocity today.

Salespeople and porters come and go fast. Every new hire in Paylocity means the office manager sets up the same logins again, and every person who leaves means seats you keep paying for in the DMS and CRM. Nobody has time to line up the paid seats against who is actually on payroll.

What StitchOps does in Paylocity.

High turnover without the busywork

Each new hire in Paylocity gets the logins their job needs at their store the same day, whether you hire one person this month or twenty.

Removed the day they leave

When Paylocity shows someone as terminated, StitchOps removes their access in the DMS, CRM, credit and OEM portals at every rooftop.

Paid seats against payroll

StitchOps counts the paid seats in each system and compares them to who is on payroll in Paylocity, so you see seats held by people who left.

Monthly access check

Every dealer system's user list is compared to Paylocity each month, and anyone who should not be there is flagged.

Reports for the controller

Payroll and headcount reports the controller downloads by hand can be pulled on a schedule.

Nothing extra to buy for your HR data

StitchOps does not need a paid connector or an API upgrade to know who was hired or let go. It reads Paylocity the way your HR team does, so there is no extra fee to reach your own data and no integration project.

Common questions.

Can StitchOps tell us how many DMS and CRM seats we pay for that nobody uses?

Yes. It counts the seats in each system and compares them to who is on payroll in Paylocity. You decide what to cancel.

Does a rehire get their old access back?

Only what their new job needs. StitchOps sets up a rehire from the job they are hired into, not from what they had before.

Do you need a Paylocity admin login?

StitchOps needs a login that can see new hires and terminations, kept in your password vault. It runs only on a secure computer inside your network, and the AI never sees it.

Does this cover every rooftop?

Yes. Each person is matched to their store in Paylocity, and StitchOps sets up or removes access at that store and anywhere else they work.

Do we need to pay for a Paylocity API or connector?

No. StitchOps works from the Paylocity screens your team already uses. Where a connection is already in place, StitchOps can use it.

Does Paylocity support SCIM?

Paylocity does not publish it. Ask the vendor which plan includes SCIM provisioning before you rely on it.

Can Paylocity accounts be automated without upgrading?

Yes. StitchOps creates, changes and removes Paylocity accounts on the plan you already have, triggered by the events your identity provider already sends. It uses an API when one exists and works anywhere a person can log in and act when one does not.

Is Paylocity in the Okta Integration Network?

Yes. As of October 10, 2026, the OIN lists Paylocity with SAML, SWA sign in and provisioning to create and update users.

Can Okta deprovision Paylocity users?

Not through an OIN connector. StitchOps removes Paylocity accounts the day someone leaves, anywhere a person can log in and act, and saves evidence of each removal.

For your IT team
Where it runs
An agent runs an unattended desktop session on a dedicated worker VM in your environment, on Windows or macOS. It connects outbound only over TLS 1.2 or later. No inbound ports are opened.
Credentials
Credentials stay in your vault (1Password or Keeper) or in the StitchOps vault, encrypted with AWS KMS and resolved on the worker at run time. Models never see the values.
Identity systems
Changes in Okta, Entra ID or Active Directory can start a task. StitchOps carries them into dealer systems that have no SCIM or API. JumpCloud is supported through our joint program. StitchOps is listed in the Okta Integration Network.
APIs where they exist
Where a system offers an API, such as Authenticom DealerVault or Fortellis, StitchOps uses it. Everything else runs through browser or desktop automation, anywhere a person can log in and act.
Logs and telemetry
Every run keeps step level logs with status, timing and redacted results. Telemetry is content free: no field values, no personal data, no screenshots.
Security reviews
SOC 2 Type 2 audit completed. ISO 27001 certified. Penetration tested by a third party. The security packet is shared under NDA.
AI assistants
Approved tasks are available as MCP tools to Claude, ChatGPT and Copilot. Destructive actions need explicit confirmation.
