CDK Drive user access, handled for every department.

StitchOps sets up new hires in CDK Drive the day HR adds them, removes their access the moment they leave, and updates it when they change departments. It checks every month who can still log in at each rooftop, pulls the reports your controller needs, and keeps a record of every step.

What's hard about CDK Drive today.

CDK Drive is where sales, F&I, service, parts and the office all do their work, so almost everyone at the store has a login. Each person needs the right access for their department, and someone has to change it by hand every time a person is hired, moves or leaves. When that falls behind, a former employee can still reach deals, repair orders and customer records.

What StitchOps does in CDK Drive.

Access removed the moment they leave

When HR marks someone as gone, StitchOps removes their CDK Drive access at every rooftop, along with the CRM and the OEM portals they used.

New hires set up by department

A new service advisor gets service access. A new F&I manager gets F&I access. StitchOps sets it up the day HR adds them, based on the job.

Department changes that follow the person

When a porter becomes a service advisor, or a salesperson moves into F&I, StitchOps updates what they can reach in CDK Drive to match the new job.

Monthly check of who can log in

StitchOps pulls the CDK Drive user list at each store, compares it to who actually works there, and flags anyone who should not have access.

Reports pulled for the controller

StitchOps downloads the CDK Drive reports your controller pulls by hand each month and puts them in the folder where they are expected.

Common questions.

Can StitchOps remove someone from CDK Drive the day they leave?

Yes. When HR or your identity system marks someone as gone, StitchOps logs in to CDK Drive the way your system administrator would and removes their access at every store you choose. Each change is recorded.

Do you need our CDK Drive administrator login?

StitchOps uses the administrator login kept in your password vault, such as 1Password or Keeper, or in the StitchOps vault. It is used only on a secure computer inside your network, and the AI never sees it.

Can it set different access for sales, service and parts?

Yes. You decide what each job should be able to reach. StitchOps sets up each new hire to match their job, and changes it when the job changes.

Does it handle every rooftop in our group?

Yes. One setup covers every store you run on CDK Drive. The monthly check looks at each rooftop and shows you, in one place, who still has access where.

Which CDK Drive reports can it pull?

Any report your controller or office manager runs in CDK Drive today, from accounting and month end to sales and fixed ops. StitchOps runs them on a schedule at every rooftop and files them where your team looks for them.

Does CDK Drive support SCIM?

CDK Drive does not publish it. Ask the vendor which plan includes SCIM provisioning before you rely on it.

Can CDK Drive accounts be automated without upgrading?

Yes. StitchOps creates, changes and removes CDK Drive accounts on the plan you already have, triggered by the events your identity provider already sends. It uses an API when one exists and works anywhere a person can log in and act when one does not.

Is CDK Drive in the Okta Integration Network?

No. As of October 10, 2026, the OIN has no listing for CDK Drive. Okta can sign users in only through a custom app if CDK Drive supports SAML or OIDC, and has no connector to manage CDK Drive accounts.

Can Okta deprovision CDK Drive users?

Not through an OIN connector. StitchOps removes CDK Drive accounts the day someone leaves, anywhere a person can log in and act, and saves evidence of each removal.

How do you rotate CDK Drive passwords when someone leaves?

StitchOps logs in to CDK Drive, sets a new password, confirms it took effect, and updates 1Password, Keeper or the StitchOps vault in the same run.

For your IT team
Where it runs
An agent runs an unattended desktop session on a dedicated worker VM in your environment, on Windows or macOS. It connects outbound only over TLS 1.2 or later. No inbound ports are opened.
Credentials
Credentials stay in your vault (1Password or Keeper) or in the StitchOps vault, encrypted with AWS KMS and resolved on the worker at run time. Models never see the values.
Identity systems
Changes in Okta, Entra ID or Active Directory can start a task. StitchOps carries them into dealer systems that have no SCIM or API. JumpCloud is supported through our joint program. StitchOps is listed in the Okta Integration Network.
APIs where they exist
Where a system offers an API, such as Authenticom DealerVault or Fortellis, StitchOps uses it. Everything else runs through browser or desktop automation, anywhere a person can log in and act.
Logs and telemetry
Every run keeps step level logs with status, timing and redacted results. Telemetry is content free: no field values, no personal data, no screenshots.
Security reviews
SOC 2 Type 2 audit completed. ISO 27001 certified. Penetration tested by a third party. The security packet is shared under NDA.
AI assistants
Approved tasks are available as MCP tools to Claude, ChatGPT and Copilot. Destructive actions need explicit confirmation.
