DMS · US and Canada

PBS Systems user access for dealer groups in Canada and the US.

StitchOps gives new hires their PBS logins the day HR adds them and removes them the moment they leave, at every rooftop. Each month it checks who can still log in, and for Alberta and Ontario stores it can compare active salespeople against their license status.

What's hard about PBS Systems today.

Many PBS stores are in Canada, and a group can run stores in more than one province. Each store has its own users, so hires and departures get handled one rooftop at a time. In Alberta and Ontario there is another worry: a salesperson whose license has lapsed should not be closing deals, and nobody is matching DMS users against license status.

What StitchOps does in PBS Systems.

Access removed the moment they leave

When HR marks someone as gone, StitchOps removes their PBS access at every store, along with the CRM, the lender portals and the OEM portals they used.

New hires set up the day HR adds them

A new salesperson or service advisor gets the PBS access their job needs on day one, at each rooftop they work at.

Monthly license check for salespeople

StitchOps compares the salespeople active in PBS against their license status with AMVIC in Alberta or OMVIC in Ontario, and flags anyone selling without a current license.

Monthly check of who can log in

StitchOps pulls the PBS user list at each store, compares it to who works there, and flags anyone who should not have access.

Reports pulled for the controller

StitchOps downloads the PBS reports your controller pulls each month and saves them where they are expected.

Common questions.

Do you work with Canadian dealer groups on PBS?

Yes. StitchOps covers stores in Canada and the US. It works in PBS the way your staff do, at every rooftop you choose.

Can it check our salespeople's licenses against PBS users?

Yes. Each month StitchOps can compare who is active in PBS and your CRM against license status with AMVIC in Alberta or OMVIC in Ontario, and flag anyone who needs attention.

Do you need our PBS admin password?

StitchOps uses the admin login kept in your password vault, such as 1Password or Keeper, or in the StitchOps vault. It runs only on a secure computer inside your network, and the AI never sees it.

Can it remove someone from PBS automatically when they leave?

Yes. When HR or your identity system marks someone as gone, StitchOps removes their PBS access at every store you choose and records each change.

Is StitchOps a PBS partner?

No. StitchOps is not affiliated with or endorsed by PBS Systems. It works in PBS the way your own staff do, with the logins you give it.

Does PBS Systems support SCIM?

PBS Systems does not publish it. Ask the vendor which plan includes SCIM provisioning before you rely on it.

Can PBS Systems accounts be automated without upgrading?

Yes. StitchOps creates, changes and removes PBS Systems accounts on the plan you already have, triggered by the events your identity provider already sends. It uses an API when one exists and works anywhere a person can log in and act when one does not.

Is PBS Systems in the Okta Integration Network?

No. As of October 10, 2026, the OIN has no listing for PBS Systems. Okta can sign users in only through a custom app if PBS Systems supports SAML or OIDC, and has no connector to manage PBS Systems accounts.

Can Okta deprovision PBS Systems users?

Not through an OIN connector. StitchOps removes PBS Systems accounts the day someone leaves, anywhere a person can log in and act, and saves evidence of each removal.

How do you rotate PBS Systems passwords when someone leaves?

StitchOps logs in to PBS Systems, sets a new password, confirms it took effect, and updates 1Password, Keeper or the StitchOps vault in the same run.

For your IT team
Where it runs
An agent runs an unattended desktop session on a dedicated worker VM in your environment, on Windows or macOS. It connects outbound only over TLS 1.2 or later. No inbound ports are opened.
Credentials
Credentials stay in your vault (1Password or Keeper) or in the StitchOps vault, encrypted with AWS KMS and resolved on the worker at run time. Models never see the values.
Identity systems
Changes in Okta, Entra ID or Active Directory can start a task. StitchOps carries them into dealer systems that have no SCIM or API. JumpCloud is supported through our joint program. StitchOps is listed in the Okta Integration Network.
APIs where they exist
Where a system offers an API, such as Authenticom DealerVault or Fortellis, StitchOps uses it. Everything else runs through browser or desktop automation, anywhere a person can log in and act.
Logs and telemetry
Every run keeps step level logs with status, timing and redacted results. Telemetry is content free: no field values, no personal data, no screenshots.
Security reviews
SOC 2 Type 2 audit completed. ISO 27001 certified. Penetration tested by a third party. The security packet is shared under NDA.
AI assistants
Approved tasks are available as MCP tools to Claude, ChatGPT and Copilot. Destructive actions need explicit confirmation.
