Reynolds ERA-IGNITE access for your office, parts and service staff.
StitchOps sets up new office, parts and service staff in Reynolds ERA-IGNITE the day HR adds them, and removes their access the moment they leave. When someone moves from the service drive to the parts counter, it updates what they can reach, and it pulls the month end reports your controller needs.
All supported dealer systems →What's hard about Reynolds ERA-IGNITE today.
ERA-IGNITE is the screen your title clerk, cashier, parts counter and service advisors live in all day. Turnover in those jobs is steady, and every hire, move and departure means someone with admin rights has to change access by hand. The office manager ends up doing it between deals, and old access stays on long after the job changed.
What StitchOps does in Reynolds ERA-IGNITE.
New staff ready on their first shift
A new cashier, parts counter person or service advisor gets the ERA-IGNITE access their job needs the day HR adds them, without waiting on the office manager.
Job changes without leftover access
When a porter becomes a service advisor or a billing clerk moves to accounting, StitchOps gives the new access and takes away what the old job needed.
Access removed the moment they leave
When HR marks someone as gone, StitchOps removes their ERA-IGNITE access at every store, so nobody can open a repair order or a customer record after their last day.
Month end reports pulled for the controller
StitchOps runs the ERA-IGNITE reports your accounting office pulls by hand each month and saves them in the folder where the controller expects them.
Monthly check of who can log in
StitchOps pulls the ERA-IGNITE user list at each store and flags anyone who no longer works there, or who has access their job does not need.

Common questions.
How is this different from your Reynolds and Reynolds page?
That page covers every Reynolds login a person has across your group. This one is about the ERA-IGNITE screens your office, parts and service staff use every day, and the reports your accounting office pulls from them.
Can StitchOps pull our ERA-IGNITE month end reports?
Yes. Whatever your office runs at month end in ERA-IGNITE, StitchOps runs the same way on a schedule at every store, and saves each report where your controller expects it, with a record of every run.
Can access follow a person when they change departments?
Yes. You decide what each job should reach. When HR records the new job, StitchOps changes their ERA-IGNITE access to match and removes what the old job needed.
Do you need our ERA-IGNITE password?
StitchOps uses the administrator login kept in your password vault, such as 1Password or Keeper, or in the StitchOps vault. It runs only on a secure computer inside your network, and the AI never sees it.
Does it work for every store we run on ERA-IGNITE?
Yes. One setup covers every rooftop. The monthly check shows you who can log in at each store in a single list.
Does Reynolds ERA-IGNITE support SCIM?
Reynolds ERA-IGNITE does not publish it. Ask the vendor which plan includes SCIM provisioning before you rely on it.
Can Reynolds ERA-IGNITE accounts be automated without upgrading?
Yes. StitchOps creates, changes and removes Reynolds ERA-IGNITE accounts on the plan you already have, triggered by the events your identity provider already sends. It uses an API when one exists and works anywhere a person can log in and act when one does not.
Is Reynolds ERA-IGNITE in the Okta Integration Network?
No. As of October 10, 2026, the OIN has no listing for Reynolds ERA-IGNITE. Okta can sign users in only through a custom app if Reynolds ERA-IGNITE supports SAML or OIDC, and has no connector to manage Reynolds ERA-IGNITE accounts.
Can Okta deprovision Reynolds ERA-IGNITE users?
Not through an OIN connector. StitchOps removes Reynolds ERA-IGNITE accounts the day someone leaves, anywhere a person can log in and act, and saves evidence of each removal.
How do you rotate Reynolds ERA-IGNITE passwords when someone leaves?
StitchOps logs in to Reynolds ERA-IGNITE, sets a new password, confirms it took effect, and updates 1Password, Keeper or the StitchOps vault in the same run.
For your IT team
- Where it runs
- An agent runs an unattended desktop session on a dedicated worker VM in your environment, on Windows or macOS. It connects outbound only over TLS 1.2 or later. No inbound ports are opened.
- Credentials
- Credentials stay in your vault (1Password or Keeper) or in the StitchOps vault, encrypted with AWS KMS and resolved on the worker at run time. Models never see the values.
- Identity systems
- Changes in Okta, Entra ID or Active Directory can start a task. StitchOps carries them into dealer systems that have no SCIM or API. JumpCloud is supported through our joint program. StitchOps is listed in the Okta Integration Network.
- APIs where they exist
- Where a system offers an API, such as Authenticom DealerVault or Fortellis, StitchOps uses it. Everything else runs through browser or desktop automation, anywhere a person can log in and act.
- Logs and telemetry
- Every run keeps step level logs with status, timing and redacted results. Telemetry is content free: no field values, no personal data, no screenshots.
- Security reviews
- SOC 2 Type 2 audit completed. ISO 27001 certified. Penetration tested by a third party. The security packet is shared under NDA.
- AI assistants
- Approved tasks are available as MCP tools to Claude, ChatGPT and Copilot. Destructive actions need explicit confirmation.
