Dealertrack DMS user access, handled at every rooftop.
StitchOps sets up new hires in the Dealertrack DMS the day HR adds them, removes their access the moment they leave, and updates it when they change jobs. It checks every month who can still log in at each store and pulls the DMS reports your controller needs.
All supported dealer systems →What's hard about Dealertrack DMS today.
The Dealertrack DMS holds your deals, repair orders, parts and accounting, so nearly every employee needs a login set up for their job. Many stores also use Dealertrack for credit and contracts, which is a separate login that is easy to forget. When someone leaves, the office manager has to close both, at every store, by hand.
What StitchOps does in Dealertrack DMS.
Access removed the moment they leave
When HR marks someone as gone, StitchOps removes their Dealertrack DMS access at every store, and their Dealertrack credit login too if they had one.
New hires set up by job
A new parts counter person gets parts access. A new office clerk gets accounting access. StitchOps sets it up the day HR adds them.
Job changes without leftover access
When a salesperson moves into F&I or a technician becomes a service advisor, StitchOps updates their DMS access and takes away what the old job needed.
Monthly check of who can log in
StitchOps pulls the Dealertrack DMS user list at each rooftop, compares it to who works there, and flags anyone who should not have access.
Reports pulled for the controller
StitchOps downloads the DMS reports your controller pulls by hand each month and saves them in the folder where they are expected.
Before and after.
SCIM and API tax
What Dealertrack DMS charges to automate accounts.
Dealertrack DMS does not publish whether SCIM provisioning is included or which plan it needs. Ask the vendor before you count on it, or price it with your own contract in the calculator.

Common questions.
Is this the same as your Dealertrack credit page?
No. This page is about the Dealertrack DMS where your deals, repair orders and accounting live. Dealertrack credit and eContracting is a separate login for F&I, covered on its own page. StitchOps can handle both in the same task.
Can it remove someone from the Dealertrack DMS automatically when they leave?
Yes. When HR or your identity system marks someone as gone, StitchOps removes their access at every store you choose. Each change is recorded.
Do you need our Dealertrack DMS admin login?
StitchOps uses the admin login kept in your password vault, such as 1Password or Keeper, or in the StitchOps vault. It is used only on a secure computer inside your network, and the AI never sees it.
Which reports can it pull?
Any report your office or controller runs in the Dealertrack DMS today, from month end accounting to sales and fixed ops reports. StitchOps runs them on a schedule at every rooftop and puts them where your controller expects them.
Does it cover all of our stores?
Yes. One setup covers every rooftop on the Dealertrack DMS, and the monthly check shows you every store in one list.
Does Dealertrack DMS support SCIM?
Dealertrack DMS does not publish it. Ask the vendor which plan includes SCIM provisioning before you rely on it.
Can Dealertrack DMS accounts be automated without upgrading?
Yes. StitchOps creates, changes and removes Dealertrack DMS accounts on the plan you already have, triggered by the events your identity provider already sends. It uses an API when one exists and works anywhere a person can log in and act when one does not.
For your IT team
- Where it runs
- An agent runs an unattended desktop session on a dedicated worker VM in your environment, on Windows or macOS. It connects outbound only over TLS 1.2 or later. No inbound ports are opened.
- Credentials
- Credentials stay in your vault (1Password or Keeper) or in the StitchOps vault, encrypted with AWS KMS and resolved on the worker at run time. Models never see the values.
- Identity systems
- Changes in Okta, Entra ID or Active Directory can start a task. StitchOps carries them into dealer systems that have no SCIM or API. JumpCloud is supported through our joint program. StitchOps is listed in the Okta Integration Network.
- APIs where they exist
- Where a system offers an API, such as Authenticom DealerVault or Fortellis, StitchOps uses it. Everything else runs through browser or desktop automation, anywhere a person can log in and act.
- Logs and telemetry
- Every run keeps step level logs with status, timing and redacted results. Telemetry is content free: no field values, no personal data, no screenshots.
- Security reviews
- SOC 2 Type 2 audit completed. ISO 27001 certified. Penetration tested by a third party. The security packet is shared under NDA.
- AI assistants
- Approved tasks are available as MCP tools to Claude, ChatGPT and Copilot. Destructive actions need explicit confirmation.
