Reynolds and Reynolds user access across your dealer group.

StitchOps gives new hires their Reynolds logins the day HR adds them and removes every one of them the moment they leave, at every rooftop. It runs a monthly check of who can still log in, changes shared passwords on a schedule, and keeps a record of every step.

What's hard about Reynolds and Reynolds today.

A store on Reynolds rarely has just one Reynolds login per person. A salesperson may have the DMS, the CRM and the F&I menu, and a group may run several Reynolds stores with separate users at each. When someone leaves, every one of those has to come off at every store, and the office manager is usually the one keeping track on a spreadsheet.

What StitchOps does in Reynolds and Reynolds.

Every Reynolds login removed when they leave

When HR marks someone as gone, StitchOps removes their access in the Reynolds DMS and the other Reynolds products they used, at every store, along with RouteOne and your OEM portals.

One new hire, every store they work at

A sales manager who covers two rooftops gets set up at both, the same day HR adds them, with access that matches the job.

Monthly check across every Reynolds store

StitchOps pulls the user list at each Reynolds store, compares it to who actually works in your group, and shows you in one place who still has access where.

Shared passwords changed on a schedule

Logins that several people share, such as a desk or department login, get a new password on the schedule you set, and the new one goes straight into your vault.

A record for your auditor or OEM

Every login added, changed or removed is saved with what was done, when, and the result, so you can show it when an auditor, an OEM or your insurance carrier asks.

Common questions.

Can StitchOps remove a former employee from all of our Reynolds stores at once?

Yes. When HR or your identity system marks someone as gone, StitchOps removes their Reynolds access at every store you choose, one after another, and records each change.

Does it only cover the DMS, or our other Reynolds products too?

All of them. StitchOps covers every Reynolds product your staff log in to, from the DMS to the CRM and the F&I menu, so one task gives or removes access across the whole Reynolds setup at every store.

Do you need our Reynolds system administrator login?

StitchOps uses the administrator login kept in your password vault, such as 1Password or Keeper, or in the StitchOps vault. It is used only on a secure computer inside your network, and the AI never sees it.

We have Reynolds stores and stores on another DMS. Does that matter?

No. The same task removes access in the Reynolds DMS at one store and in CDK, Tekion or Dealertrack at another. The monthly check shows all of them together.

Is StitchOps a Reynolds partner?

No. StitchOps is not affiliated with or endorsed by Reynolds and Reynolds. It works in the system the way your own staff do, using the logins you give it.

Does Reynolds and Reynolds support SCIM?

Reynolds and Reynolds does not publish it. Ask the vendor which plan includes SCIM provisioning before you rely on it.

Can Reynolds and Reynolds accounts be automated without upgrading?

Yes. StitchOps creates, changes and removes Reynolds and Reynolds accounts on the plan you already have, triggered by the events your identity provider already sends. It uses an API when one exists and works anywhere a person can log in and act when one does not.

Is Reynolds and Reynolds in the Okta Integration Network?

No. As of October 10, 2026, the OIN has no listing for Reynolds and Reynolds. Okta can sign users in only through a custom app if Reynolds and Reynolds supports SAML or OIDC, and has no connector to manage Reynolds and Reynolds accounts.

Can Okta deprovision Reynolds and Reynolds users?

Not through an OIN connector. StitchOps removes Reynolds and Reynolds accounts the day someone leaves, anywhere a person can log in and act, and saves evidence of each removal.

How do you rotate Reynolds and Reynolds passwords when someone leaves?

StitchOps logs in to Reynolds and Reynolds, sets a new password, confirms it took effect, and updates 1Password, Keeper or the StitchOps vault in the same run.

For your IT team
Where it runs
An agent runs an unattended desktop session on a dedicated worker VM in your environment, on Windows or macOS. It connects outbound only over TLS 1.2 or later. No inbound ports are opened.
Credentials
Credentials stay in your vault (1Password or Keeper) or in the StitchOps vault, encrypted with AWS KMS and resolved on the worker at run time. Models never see the values.
Identity systems
Changes in Okta, Entra ID or Active Directory can start a task. StitchOps carries them into dealer systems that have no SCIM or API. JumpCloud is supported through our joint program. StitchOps is listed in the Okta Integration Network.
APIs where they exist
Where a system offers an API, such as Authenticom DealerVault or Fortellis, StitchOps uses it. Everything else runs through browser or desktop automation, anywhere a person can log in and act.
Logs and telemetry
Every run keeps step level logs with status, timing and redacted results. Telemetry is content free: no field values, no personal data, no screenshots.
Security reviews
SOC 2 Type 2 audit completed. ISO 27001 certified. Penetration tested by a third party. The security packet is shared under NDA.
AI assistants
Approved tasks are available as MCP tools to Claude, ChatGPT and Copilot. Destructive actions need explicit confirmation.
